The methods involve contacting a first stream comprising NO and/or NO2 with a second stream comprising (ClO2)0 to provide a third stream comprising NO and NO2 at a molar ratio of about 1:1; and contacting the third stream with a fourth stream comprising an aqueous metal hydroxide (MOH) solution to convert NO and NO2 to MNO2.

摘要: A desulfurization and denitration method includes adding an aqueous solution of a chlorate, an aqueous solution of a peroxide, and an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid to a chlorine dioxide generator to obtain gaseous chlorine dioxide, and mixing the gaseous chlorine dioxide with air to obtain a mixed gas. The gaseous chlorine dioxide is 4-10 vol % of the mixed gas. The method includes letting the mixed gas come into contact with a flue gas to obtain an oxidized flue gas. A molar ratio of the gaseous chlorine dioxide in the mixed gas to nitric oxide in the flue gas is 1-1.8. The final step includes passing the oxidized flue gas to the desulfurization and denitration tower and mixing the oxidized flue gas with a spray of an alkaline absorbent dry powder, and spraying water into the desulfurization and denitration tower to obtain a desulfurized and denitrated flue gas.

摘要: The disclosure provides seven integrated methods for the chemical sequestration of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) (collectively NOx, where x=1, 2) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) using closed loop technology. The methods recycle process reagents and mass balance consumable reagents that can be made using electrochemical separation of sodium chloride (NaCl) or potassium chloride (KCl). The technology applies to marine and terrestrial exhaust gas sources for CO2, NOx and SO2. The integrated technology combines compatible and green processes that capture and/or convert CO2, NOx and SO2 into compounds that enhance the environment, many with commercial value.

The global optimization method comprises: obtaining an accurate description multiple pollutants in the generation, migration, transformation and removal process in multiple devices by means of accurate modeling of a multi-device multi-pollutant simultaneous removal process of the ultra-low emission system; accurately evaluating multi-pollutant emission reduction costs under different loads, coal qualities, pollutant concentrations and operating parameters through a global operating cost evaluation method of the ultra-low emission system; realizing minute-level planning and optimization of emission reductions of a global pollutant emission reduction device under different emission targets through a multi-pollutant, multi-target and multi-condition global operating optimization method; and guaranteeing reliable emission reduction and margin control of the pollutants through an advanced control method for reliable up-to-standard ultra-low emission of the pollutants.

摘要: Methods related generally to the removal of atmospheric pollutants from the gas phase, are provided, as well as related apparatus, processes and uses thereof. A single-stage air scrubbing apparatus is provided that includes at least one reaction vessel, at least one introduction duct, and a turbulence component, wherein a residence time is sufficient to allow the conversion of at least one atmospheric pollution compound to at least one other compound, molecule or atom. In some embodiments, the at least one atmospheric pollution compound comprises nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide or a combination thereof. Additionally, methods of removing atmospheric pollution compounds from a waste gas stream are disclosed that include introducing a waste gas stream and at least one additional gas stream, mist stream, liquid stream or combination thereof into a single-stage air scrubbing apparatus at a flow rate sufficient to allow for conversion of the at least one atmospheric pollution compound.

摘要: The invention is a device and method for purifying sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in flue gas with an electrolysis-chemical advanced oxidation enhanced ammonia method. The device includes a thermal activation reactor, ammonium hydroxide storage tank, absorption tower, electrolytic bath and crystallization separator. The method takes raw material part of an ammonium sulfate solution that is a reaction product of ammonia and sulfur oxide in flue gas, and an ammonium persulfate solution prepared by electrolysis of an electrolytic bath as an oxidant to enhance the efficiency of purifying sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in the flue gas with an ammonia method. A thermal activation reactor activates an ammonium persulfate containing solution to generate a strong oxidizing SO4.−, so that NOx and SO2 in the flue gas may be more efficiently converted into a product having higher solubleness for enhanced removal of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in the flue gas.

摘要: An air pollution control system includes a denitration device that removes nitrogen oxide in flue gas from a boiler; a heat transfer tube for recovering part of heat of the flue gas after denitration; a precipitator that removes soot and dust in the flue gas after heat recovery; a desulfurization device that removes sulfur oxide in the flue gas discharged from the precipitator; a heat transfer tube for heating the flue gas discharged from the desulfurization device; a circulation pump that circulates a heat medium between the heat transfer tubes; a heat medium heater provided to the circulation pipe to heat the heat medium; and a control device that controls the heat medium heater based on an ammonia concentration at an outlet of the denitration device. The control device causes the heat medium heater to heat the heat medium when the ammonia concentration is higher than a certain value.

The exhaust gas purifying apparatus includes an electrolyzed alkaline water generator which includes a cathode and an anode formed of Mg or an Mg alloy, and in which water is electrolyzed through application of voltage across the cathode and anode, to generate electrolyzed alkaline water. The purifying apparatus includes an exhaust gas absorption tower into which exhaust gas is introduced. Spray nozzles spray the electrolyzed alkaline water in the exhaust gas absorption tower.
