    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device includes gate lines and data lines crossing over each other, pixel electrodes respectively formed in areas defined by crossing the gate lines and the data lines, first electrodes, each of which is formed between the pixel electrodes and in parallel with the gate line, the pixel electrodes being adjacent to each other with the gate line interposed therebetween, second electrodes formed in parallel with the data lines to overlap the pixel electrode, first routing wires connecting some of the first electrodes to form first electrode groups arranged in a first direction, second routing wires connecting another some of the first electrodes to form second electrode groups arranged in the first direction; and third routing wires connecting some of the second electrodes to form third electrode groups arranged in a second direction.

    Abstract: A display device includes a plurality of first electrodes arranged on a substrate in parallel in a first direction; a plurality of second electrodes arranged in parallel in the first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction without contacting with the plurality of first electrodes; a plurality of first connecting wires, each first connecting wire being connected with at least one of the plurality of the first electrodes; and a plurality of second connecting wires, each second connecting wire connecting the second electrodes to each other in the second direction, wherein a touch driving voltage is supplied to the plurality of first connecting wires and a common voltage is supplied to the plurality of second connecting wires so that mutual capacitance is generated between the a plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes.

    Abstract: A display device, a method of driving the same, and a driving circuit of the display device are discussed. The display device includes a display panel including a pixel array, in which touch sensors are embedded, a timing generator that determines a normal driving mode and a low-speed driving mode based on a mode control signal and generates a first touch sync signal in the low-speed driving mode, a display driver writing pixel data to the pixel array in response to the first touch sync signal only in the display periods of the data write frames in the low-speed driving mode, and a touch driver driving the touch sensors in response to the first touch sync signal in the touch periods of the data write frames and at least a portion of the data hold frame in the low-speed driving mode.

    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device includes a display panel. The display panel includes a multiplexing unit that supplies a common voltage to touch/common electrodes of the display panel during a display driving period of one frame period of the display panel to display an image on the display panel. The multiplexing unit senses the touch/common electrodes using a self-capacitive method during a first touch driving period of the one frame period and a mutual capacitive method during a second touch driving period of the one frame period of the display panel to sense touch of the display panel.

    Abstract: An electronic device having a touch sensor and a method of driving the same are disclosed. The electronic device includes a display panel having a touch screen, a touch driver configured to drive the touch screen, a timing controller configured to control the display panel and the touch driver, and a stylus pen configured to provide a signal to the touch screen. The timing controller, in order to synchronize with the stylus pen, generates and outputs a control signal having an extended vertical blanking period in which a vertical blanking period is extended, and a display driving period and a touch sensor driving period which alternate in two or more times for one frame.
