    Abstract: A display apparatus in one example includes a substrate having a display area including a plurality of sub-pixels, the plurality of sub-pixels including an emission area and a non-emission area; a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed at the plurality of sub-pixels; an encapsulation part covering the plurality of light emitting diodes in the display area; a first inorganic insulating layer disposed on the encapsulation part; a first touch part disposed on the first inorganic insulating layer; a second inorganic insulating layer disposed on the first touch part and including an opening disposed at an area overlapping the emission area disposed at one or more sub-pixels among the plurality of sub-pixels; and a second touch part disposed on the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus can include a substrate including a first area having a flat portion and a second area having a curved portion; a transistor on the substrate; a dam on a non-display area in the first and second areas; an encapsulation part on the transistor and including a first inorganic encapsulation layer, a second inorganic encapsulation layer and an organic encapsulation layer between the first inorganic encapsulation layer and second inorganic encapsulation layer; a first inorganic insulating layer on the encapsulation part in the first and second areas. Also, the display apparatus can include a first touch part on the first inorganic insulating layer in the first area and the second area, a second inorganic insulating layer on the first touch part in the first and second areas, and a second touch part on the second inorganic insulating layer in the first and second areas.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate of the present disclosure includes a substrate including an active area and a non-active area disposed in the vicinity of the active area, and a plurality of pixels disposed in the active area, in which each pixel includes a plurality of sub pixels, each sub pixel includes a driving thin film transistor including an oxide semiconductor pattern, and the driving thin film transistor in the pixel includes sub pixels having different ratios of a width to a length of a channel of the driving thin film transistor. By doing this, provided is a display device in which a color deviation between each sub pixels, as it is used, is reduced to stabilize a color of the display device.

    Abstract: Provided is an organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display device includes at least a pixel circuit comprising an organic light-emitting diode and a driving transistor for driving the organic light-emitting diode; a first supply voltage line transferring a first voltage to the pixel circuit; at least a second supply voltage line transferring the first voltage to the pixel circuit during a first period and transferring a second voltage to the pixel circuit during a second period; and a switch connected between the first supply voltage line and the second supply voltage line, wherein the switch is turned on during the first period and turned off during the second period. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a structure for reducing variations in supply voltages of an organic light-emitting display device.
