Abstract: In an embodiment, an organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate, a display region, a pad portion, lines, and a moisture-transmission delay layer. The display region includes sub-pixels disposed on the first substrate. The pad portion is disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to an external device. The lines are disposed between the pad portion and the display region and electrically connected to the external device, and transfer a signal or power to the external device. The moisture-transmission delay layer covers edges of the lines.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including an active area and an inactive area which encloses the active area, a common voltage line which is disposed in the inactive area and is connected to the light emitting diode, an encapsulation unit which covers the active area and a part of the inactive area, a touch sensing unit disposed on the encapsulation unit, and an auxiliary line which is disposed on the encapsulation unit and is connected to the common voltage line, the touch sensing unit includes a plurality of touch electrodes and a bridge pattern which connects the plurality of second touch electrodes, and the auxiliary line is formed of the same material as the bridge pattern and is disposed on the same layer as the bridge pattern, and the auxiliary line is disposed in both the active area and the inactive area.

Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate of the present disclosure includes a substrate including an active area and a non-active area disposed in the vicinity of the active area, and a plurality of pixels disposed in the active area, in which each pixel includes a plurality of sub pixels, each sub pixel includes a driving thin film transistor including an oxide semiconductor pattern, and the driving thin film transistor in the pixel includes sub pixels having different ratios of a width to a length of a channel of the driving thin film transistor. Abstract: Provided is an organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display device includes at least a pixel circuit comprising an organic light-emitting diode and a driving transistor for driving the organic light-emitting diode; a first supply voltage line transferring a first voltage to the pixel circuit; at least a second supply voltage line transferring the first voltage to the pixel circuit during a first period and transferring a second voltage to the pixel circuit during a second period; and a switch connected between the first supply voltage line and the second supply voltage line, wherein the switch is turned on during the first period and turned off during the second period. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a structure for reducing variations in supply voltages of an organic light-emitting display device.
