    Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes: a substrate including a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel; a first electrode in each of the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel; a third electrode in each of the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel; a second electrode between the first electrode and the third electrode; a first light-emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first light-emitting layer emits light of a first color; a second light-emitting layer between the second electrode and the third electrode, wherein the second light-emitting layer is configured to emit mixed light of second and third colors; and a color filter including a first color filter corresponding to the first sub-pixel and a second color filter corresponding to the second sub-pixel, wherein the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel each are configured to emit light of three colors.

    Abstract: An electroluminescence display having a repair structure is disclosed. The electroluminescence display comprises: a substrate, a buffer layer on the substrate, a repair element, and a pixel including a thin film transistor and a light emitting element. The thin film transistor includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, and a gate insulating layer between the gate electrode and the semiconductor layer. The light emitting element is connected to the drain electrode. The repair element includes a repair line and a repair electrode. The repair line is disposed between the substrate and the buffer layer, and includes a first metal layer on the substrate, and a second metal layer on the first metal layer. The repair electrode is on the buffer layer and the gate insulating layer that covers the repair line and the repair electrode overlaps the repair line.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescence display having a repair structure and method for manufacturing the same. An electroluminescence display according to the present disclosure comprises: a pixel on a substrate; a thin film transistor disposed in the pixel, the thin film transistor including a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode and a drain electrode; a light emitting diode disposed in the pixel, the light emitting diode connected to the drain electrode; and a repair element overlapping the light emitting diode. The repair element includes: a repair pattern formed of a material at a layer same with the semiconductor layer; a repair electrode on a gate insulating layer covering the repair pattern; and a repair line on an intermediate insulating layer covering the repair electrode, the repair line connecting to the drain electrode. The repair pattern and the repair electrode overlap the drain electrode disposed on the intermediate insulating layer.

    Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display panel with uniform luminance. A flattening layer including a contact hole is disposed on a substrate on which an auxiliary electrode is disposed. The contact hole in the flattening layer has an undercut pattern at a point contacting the auxiliary electrode. The organic light emitting layer is disconnected by the contact hole, but the common electrode is connected with the auxiliary electrode at an undercut pattern portion with a high step coverage as compared with the organic light emitting layer. Since the auxiliary electrode and the common electrode are connected with each other through the contact hole having the undercut pattern in the flattening layer, it is possible to preserve uniform luminance of the organic light emitting display panel.
