Abstract: A display apparatus is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a display including an active area for displaying an image and a black matrix adjacent to the active area, and an optical sheet attached onto the display. The optical sheet includes a Fresnel pattern formed on the black matrix and a portion of the active area. Therefore, it is possible to view an image in front of the black matrix, on which an image is not actually displayed.
