Abstract:
A heat discharging sheet using graphene and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The heat discharging sheet includes a heat discharging layer having a first surface and a second surface, the heat discharging layer including graphene and metal particles, an adhesive layer disposed on a first surface of the heat discharging layer, and a protective layer disposed on a second surface of the heat discharging layer.
Abstract:
A graphene doped with different dopants and a method for preparing the same are disclosed. A method for preparing a multi-doped graphene includes: mixing a metal-based dopant and at least one organic-based dopant to prepare a doping solution; stacking a graphene layer on a substrate; and doping the graphene layer with the doping solution that includes the metal-based dopant and the at least one organic-based dopant. The method allows maintaining the transparency of the prepared graphene and minimizing the sheet resistance of the graphene while not damaging a substrate on which the graphene is stacked.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat discharging sheet. More specifically, disclosed is a heat discharging sheet and a display device including the same. The heat discharging sheet includes a heat discharging layer having a first surface and a second surface, an adhesive layer disposed on the first surface of the heat discharging layer, the adhesive layer being bonded to the heat source and including a thermal conductivity enhancing material, and a protective layer disposed on the second surface of the heat discharging layer, the protective layer including a thermal conductivity enhancing material.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a graphene powder capable of minimizing aggregation of graphene particles and a graphene powder manufactured using the same are disclosed. The method includes preparing a graphene solution in which graphene particles are dispersed in a solvent, aggregating the graphene particles, separating the aggregated graphene particles from the solvent, and drying the graphene particles.
