    Abstract: An induction heat cooking apparatus includes a rectifier configured to convert an AC voltage supplied from a power source into a DC voltage, a battery configured to store power, a switch configured to connect to at least one of the rectifier or the battery, an inverter connected to the switch and configured to receive a first voltage from at least one of the rectifier or the battery and convert the first voltage to a second voltage, and a heating coil configured to receive the second voltage from the inverter and generate magnetic fields in which the heating coil is configured to heat a cooking device based on the generated magnetic fields.

    Abstract: A cooking appliance includes a chamber surface that defines a cavity including a cooking chamber, a door that is configured to open and close the cavity and has a door surface configured to face the cavity, a heat source configured to supply heat to the cavity, and a coating layer disposed on the chamber surface or the door surface. The coating layer includes an enamel composition of materials including 30 to 45 wt % of phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5), 5 to 20 wt % of silicon dioxide (SiO2), 15 to 30 wt % of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), 10 to 20 wt % of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), 5 to 20 wt % of at least one of lithium oxide (Li2O), sodium oxide (N2O), or potassium oxide (K2O), 5 to 15 wt % of boron trioxide (B2O3), and10 to 25 wt % of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5).

    Abstract: An induction heating device includes: a working coil including a conducting wire that is wound in an annular shape and that is connected to a plurality of electric terminals; a ferrite core disposed vertically below the working coil and configured to direct upward an alternating magnetic field generated by the working coil, the ferrite core defining a stepped portion at each corner of the ferrite core; a base plate that supports the ferrite core on an upper surface of the base plate and that defines a connection hole having a shape corresponding to the corner of the ferrite core; and an indicator substrate disposed vertically below the base plate. The indicator substrate includes a connector that is disposed on an upper surface of the indicator substrate, that is coupled to one or more of the plurality of electric terminals, and that protrudes upward through the connection hole.

The steam generator may include a steam generation tube; an inflow tube configured to provide a passage so that water is introduced into the steam generation tube; at least one heater disposed on an outer surface of the steam generation tube to heat the water and generate steam; a discharge tube disposed above the steam generation tube to provide a passage so that the steam is discharged; and an adaptor unit configured to branch discharge water and the steam discharged from the discharge tube.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an induction heating device having an improved control algorithm and an improved circuit structure. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, an induction heating device includes: a first board having, thereon: a first working coil; a first inverter for performing a switching operation to apply a resonant current to the first working coil; and a first control unit configured for controlling an operation of the first inverter; and a second board having, thereon: a second working coil; a second inverter for performing a switching operation to apply a resonant current to the second working coil; and a second control unit configured for controlling an operation of the second inverter, wherein the first control unit is configured for enabling the first and second working coils to operate concurrently at an in-phase or 180-degrees out-of-phase.
