Abstract: A microwave heating system includes: a power supply; a first semiconductor module configured to receive power from the power supply and to generate a first microwave; a second semiconductor module configured to receive power from the power supply and to generate a second microwave; a heating chamber that is configured to accommodate an object at an inside of the heating chamber and that allows transmission of the first microwave and the second microwave to the inside of the heating chamber; and a control unit. The control unit is configured to control operation of each of the first semiconductor module and the second semiconductor module, and to control at least one of a frequency, a phase, or a magnitude of each of the first microwave and the second microwave to increase a heating uniformity of the object.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for estimating a state of an object to be heated based on sound which is generated when the object to be heated is heated, and providing the estimated information to other devices in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment through a 5G communication network. The heating apparatus may include a housing having a receiving space therein, a heating member disposed within the housing, a power supplier for supplying power to the heating member, a top plate disposed on the top of the housing to support the object to be heated, a sound sensor disposed on the bottom of the top plate, and a controller for predicting the state of the object to be heated by using a deep neural network model that has been trained through machine learning based on a sound signal received from the sound sensor.

Abstract: An induction heating device includes a casing, a cover plate coupled to a top of the casing, and a first induction heating module located within the casing and configured to heat an object on the cover plate. The first induction heating module includes: a working coil; an inverter configured to apply a resonant current to the working coil; a light guide located outside of the working coil, where the light guide includes a light-emission surface that is located at a top of the light guide, that is configured to indicate whether the working coil is driven, and that is configured to indicate an intensity of the working coil; a light emitting element vertically located below the light guide and configured to emit light to the light guide; and a control module configured to control the inverter and the light emitting element.
