Abstract: A method and apparatus for measurement failure reporting in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from a network, a measurement configuration including information on a measurement window. A wireless device performs measurements for a cell based on the measurement window. A wireless device detects a failure of the measurement, based on that a number of beams or a number of reference signals measured within the measurement window is less than a minimum number of beams or a minimum number of reference signals. A wireless device reports, to the network, the failure of the measurements for the cell.
