Abstract:
The invention refers to a device for at least one milking stall (3) with a milking position (4) for an animal and with at least one milking equipment including a milking member arranged to be attached to including animal for milking thereof. The milking stall (3) is defined by at least one wall arrangement (5) and a floor (6) and extends between a first end (7) and a second (8) end in such a way that when an animal is present in including milking stall (3) in including milking position, the front portion of including animal is adjacent including first end (7) and the back portion of including animal is adjacent including second end (8). The device includes a cabinet-like structure (1), which has a longitudinal axis extending in a substantially vertical direction and which defines an inner space and which forms a building element of including milking stall (3). The invention also refers to a parlour (2) including a plurality of milking stalls (3) and the cabinet-like structure (1) forms a building element of including parlour (2) .
Abstract:
A system (10) operable to automatically obtain a milk sample and to automatically perform cleaning includes a milking arrangement (12) adapted for the milking of animals (14); a milk conduit (38); a cleaning supply conduit (56) which includes a cleaning device (82) adapted to supply cleaning liquid to the milking location (16), to the teat cups (18) of the milking location (16), to the milk conduit (38) during the cleaning; and a sampling arrangement. The sampling arrangement including an intermediate sampling device (24); a diverting part (22) operable to divert milk from the teat cups (18) to the intermediate sampling device (24); and a milk sample collecting element (64) for the milking location (16), operable to obtain a milk sample from the intermediate sampling device (24). The system (10) is adapted to apply a suction pressure during the cleaning, in order to draw the cleaning liquid through both the milking arrangement (12), including the teat cups, and the sampling arrangement.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and a method for cleaning teat cups (21) in a milking machine. It comprises a teat cup holding rack (1) having a teat cup (21) connected to a milk line (11), teat cup cleaning device (25) with cleaning fluid supply device such as a nozzle (41) and teat cup storing (19′, 19″), milk line actuator (9, 53, 55) for retracting the milk line (11) until the teat cup (21) is positioned upside down and in contact with the teat cup storing device (19′, 19″); and teat cup cleaning driver actuator (13″) for moving the cleaning fluid supply device (41) from a position not underneath said teat cup (21) to a position substantially vertically below the teat cup (21).
Abstract:
An easily bendable tubing for conducting two separate fluids, which tubing (18) comprises two laterally spaced flexible tubes (50, 52) which are spaced apart and kept together alongside each other by a connection (54) between them. On opposite sides of the tubing (18) there are provided, in the tube wall of each tube, transverse, spaced apart recesses (62) arranged at the side of each other in a respective row along each tube (50, 52). The recesses in each tube (50 or 52) are straight grooves (62) extending at right angles to the longitudinal axis (58 or 60) of the tube and are arranged at regular intervals along the tubes. These straight grooves are disposed in at least one plane parallel to and spaced from a plane containing the central longitudinal axes (58, 60) of the tube.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a milk conveyer device (100) for an animal. The milk conveyer device is to be implemented in a milking arrangement which comprises a milk storage reservoir (101) coupled to a milking attachment for attaching to an animal to be milked through a main milk conduit (103, 105). A sample element (109, 111) extracts milk, which is collected in a sample reservoir (115, 117). The sample reservoir (115,117) is connected to an analysis element (129) through an analysis conduit (123, 125). During the flow of the milk from the sample reservoir to the analysis element (129), the milk itself provides a cleaning effect. The flow is initially at a high flow rate and later at a reduced flow rate. A plurality of analysis conduits (123, 125) are connected to the analysis element (129), which comprises a selector unit (127), which couples milk from one of the analysis conduits (123, 125) to the analysis element (129). The device provides a self-cleaning effect and a low carry-over of milk between two successive milking operations, i.e. between the milk of two different animals.
Abstract:
A teat cup magazine (1), arranged to store at least two teat cups (3), includes a removing device for each teat cup (3), which is arranged to retract the teat cup (3) into the teat cup magazine when a milking process has finished. Each removing device includes a cylinder (8) and a piston (9). The cylinders (8) of the removing devices are formed by at least one cylinder profile (35, 38, 39), manufactured in one piece, which constitutes the sole load-bearing structure of the teat cup magazine. The at least one cylinder profile (35, 38, 39) includes on one side, integrated attachment zones (37) for attaching milking components, and on an opposite side, a guiding track (13) for each cylinder (8), adapted for a movable guiding element (6) supporting a milk tube (4) and a pulse tube (5) connected to the teat cup.

Abstract:
A shock absorber in a liquid conduit (4) is provided. The shock absorber comprises a closed liquid tank (10), which is partly filled with gas and has a joint means (11) connected to the conduit (4). Via the joint means, liquid can flow to and from the tank (10) for compressing and decompressing the gas. The joint means (11) comprises a check valve means which, in its forward direction, permits a substantially free liquid flow from the conduit (4) to the tank and, in its rearward direction, permits throttled liquid flow from the tank to the conduit.
