    摘要: The present invention provides a newly designed testing substrate for solving the problem with respect to fine pitches, and a method of manufacturing the testing substrate. The wiring space within the fine pitch can be enlarged by means of a circuit design with through holes, blind vias and stack vias, in association with process technologies for fine lines, blind vias, buried vias and filling vias. The manufactured testing substrate comprises a resting substrate and a probe base, being applicable to the test for IC's or packaged articles.

    摘要: A portable projector with heat dissipating system is disclosed. The portable projector has a housing, at least a light source and a heat dissipating system, which comprises a heat dissipating tunnel, a light source heat dissipating module, and a fan. The heat dissipating tunnel has an inlet and an outlet such that air is able to enter the portable projector through the inlet and exit from it through the outlet. The light source heat dissipating module has at least one heat sink coupled to each light source for dissipating heat generated by each light source, and a heat pipe coupled to each heat sink for collecting heat dissipated by each heat sink to the heat dissipating tunnel, and the fan is located at the outlet of the heat dissipating tunnel for dissipating heat collected by the heat dissipating tunnel to the outside of the housing of the portable projector.

    摘要: A cooling device of liquid crystal projector is utilized to cool a liquid crystal panel and polarizer of an optical system in a liquid crystal projector; when the optical system of the present invention is heated by a light projection, coolant will carry the heat of the liquid crystal panel and polarizer of the optical system away, and a flow guiding device is used to lead the coolant to flow so as to cool the high temperature coolant by means of a heat dissipating device, then the heat is dissipated to outside environment thereby. After the temperature of the coolant is lowered, it is led to flow through the liquid crystal panel and polarizer again by means of the flow-guiding device, so as to repeat a cooling cycle.
