    Abstract: An electric brake system is disclosed. The electric brake system includes a hydraulic pressure supply device configured to generate hydraulic pressure using a piston which is operated by means of an electrical signal and including a first and a second pressure chamber, a first hydraulic flow path, a second hydraulic flow path, a third hydraulic flow path, a sixth hydraulic flow path, a seventh hydraulic flow path, a first control valve provided at the first hydraulic flow path, a second control valve provided at the second hydraulic flow path, a third control valve provided at the third hydraulic flow path, a seventh control valve provided at the sixth hydraulic flow path, an eighth control valve provided at the seventh hydraulic flow path, a first hydraulic circuit including first and second branching flow paths, and first and second inlet valves, and a second hydraulic circuit including third and fourth branching flow paths which branch from the second hydraulic flow path and are connected to two wheel cylinders, respectively.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a hydraulic unit of a brake system. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic unit of a brake system includes a master cylinder configured to generate a hydraulic pressure to supply a braking hydraulic pressure to a wheel cylinder of a vehicle, a valve block coupled with the master cylinder to transmit the braking hydraulic pressure to the wheel cylinder and having a plurality of valves and borers, and an electronic control unit (ECU) installed at the valve block to control the plurality of valves, wherein a plurality of oil passages configured to connect the bores with hydraulic ports formed at the master cylinder are formed on a surface of the valve block to have straight lines and curved lines, and the plurality of oil passages are engraved on the surface of the valve block.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pedal feeling adjusting device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pedal feeling adjusting device that adjusts pedal feeling provided to a driver by an oil pressure generated in accordance with pedal effort of the driver, includes a pedal simulator that includes a simulator block in which an oil hole connected to a master cylinder through a flow path is formed on an upper portion thereof to receive the oil pressure in accordance with the pedal effort of the driver and bores are formed therein to contact the oil hole, a damping housing coupled to seal the bores, first and second pistons provided in series in the bores to be compressed by oil and slidably moved, and an elastic member supported by the damping housing and compressed in accordance with movement of the first and second pistons to provide a reaction force, a hydraulic flow path that is connected to the flow path to provide the oil pressure between the first and second pistons, and a control valve that is provided in the flow path to control the oil pressure to be selectively provided to the oil hole or the hydraulic flow path. Here, the first and second pistons are formed to have mutually different diameters.
