摘要: A brake system for actuating a plurality of wheel brakes in a normal non-failure braking mode and in a backup braking mode includes an MC-type power transmission unit having a first electric motor. An iso/dump control valve arrangement is associated with each wheel brake of the plurality of wheel brakes. A pump piston is associated with at least one wheel brake of the plurality of wheel brakes. The pump piston is driven by a second electric motor for selectively providing pressurized hydraulic fluid to the iso/dump control valve arrangement. At least one electric brake motor is operative to selectively drive a selected wheel brake. A first electronic control unit is operative to selectively control the first electric motor. A second electronic control unit is operative to selectively control the second electric motor. A third electronic control unit is operative to control the at least one electric brake motor.

摘要: A parking brake device includes a fluid unit including: a fluid pump that suctions brake fluid from a master cylinder using a first electric motor; and a pressure regulating valve that increases pressure of the brake fluid discharged by the fluid pump and supplies the increased pressure to a wheel cylinder as a brake fluid pressure, the fluid unit causing the brake fluid pressure to press a friction member against a rotating member fixed to vehicle wheels to generate a braking force, an electrically-powered unit that uses a second electric motor and generates the braking force on a parking wheel on which a parking brake is applied among the vehicle wheels, and a controller that controls the fluid unit and the electrically-powered unit. When the parking brake is actuated, the controller increases only the brake fluid pressure corresponding to the parking wheel in the wheel cylinder.

In the case of a reduced availability of the linear actuator, a holding mode is carried out, in which the hydraulic pressure in the wheel brakes is shut in with the valve arrangement and a power output of the linear actuator is reduced, the system pressure gradient in the holding mode is measured, and a transition from the holding mode into an alternative mode is carried out based on the system pressure gradient.

摘要: Examples herein include a brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus including a base body formed with a channel of a brake fluid, a motor assembly having a rotor and a stator accommodated in a motor housing, and a control board of a controller that controls the motor assembly. The control board is arranged on a rotation axis of the rotor. A permanent magnet is attached to the motor assembly and rotates with the rotor, and a coil is wound around the stator. A feeding terminal is connected to the coil and the control board, and is used when being supplied with electric power from the control board. A positioning mechanism extends between and contacts the motor assembly and the control board to position the motor assembly and the control board. A detection sensor is mounted on the control board and detects a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet.

摘要: A braking control system and method of a vehicle are configured to safely stop the vehicle by determining whether a brake line fails via detecting a change in braking pressure and compensating for braking force through an engaging operation of an electric parking brake (EPB) when determining that the brake line fails in association with driver manipulation of the brake pedal. The braking control system includes: a vehicle speed detector; a wheel lock detector; a brake pedal operation detector that determines whether a brake pedal is operated; a brake line failure detector that determines whether the brake line fails when the brake pedal is operated; and a controller configured to engage the EPB when a current vehicle speed is equal to or greater than a predetermined vehicle speed, a current state is a wheel-unlock state, and the brake line fails.
