    Abstract: Disclosed is a brake system. The brake system includes a pulsation attenuation device configured to attenuate pressure pulsation of brake oil discharged from a pump, wherein the pulsation attenuation device includes a first damping device, wherein the first damping device includes: a first damping member inserted into a first bore in communication with an in-port through which brake oil is introduced and an out-port through which brake oil is discharged and having a hollow formed therein; a second damping member inserted into the hollow to form a damping space between the second damping member and an inner circumferential surface of the first damping member; and a sealing member coupled to the first damping member and configured to seal the first bore, wherein the damping space is formed by a plurality of grooves formed in the hollow.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a solenoid valve for a brake system capable of reducing noise and vibration caused during operation of the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve for a brake system includes a valve core having an inlet and an outlet, a valve dome configured to cover one end portion of the valve core, an armature provided to be advanced and retreated in the valve dome, and a plunger configured to open or close the inlet of the valve core based on the advance and retreat of the armature, wherein an upper surface of the armature is recessed to form an insertion recess, a buffer member configured to buffer an impact between the armature and the valve dome is provided between the armature and the valve dome, the buffer member includes a support part interposed between the upper surface of the armature and the valve dome and configured to buffer and support the armature, an insertion part connected to the support part and inserted into the insertion recess, an upper surface of the support part is pressurized to the valve dome and the insertion part is elastically deformed in an inner direction of the insertion recess and inserted toward a lower portion of the insertion recess when the armature is moved in an upper direction and closer to the valve dome, and the insertion part is elastically restored and moved toward an upper portion of the insertion recess and a lower surface of the support part is separated from an upper surface of the armature when the armature is moved in a lower direction and away from the valve dome.

    Abstract: An electric brake system includes a reservoir, a master cylinder including first and second hydraulic ports, a simulation device providing reaction force in response to foot force applied to a brake pedal, a hydraulic-pressure supply device, a hydraulic-pressure control unit, and an electronic control unit (ECU). The hydraulic-pressure supply device converts rotational force of a motor into rectilinear motion upon receiving an electric signal from the pedal displacement sensor, and moves a double-acting piston designed to perform reciprocating motion within a hydraulic cylinder. The double-acting piston moves in both directions to generate hydraulic pressure by pressing a first hydraulic chamber provided in one end thereof, and moves in another direction to generate hydraulic pressure by pressing a second hydraulic chamber provided in the other end thereof.
