The RF communication circuit includes RF circuit components causing signal impairments. The compensator apparatus perform neural network computing on the input, and the RF communication assembly generates a compensated output signal that compensates for at least a portion of the signal impairments.

Abstract: A method for performing antenna tuning control of a wireless transceiver device in a wireless communications system and associated apparatus are provided. The method may include: during a tuning stage among multiple stages, utilizing a communications control circuit within the wireless transceiver device to obtain predetermined characterization data of at least one impedance-related tuning component regarding antenna tuning of at least one antenna from a storage device within the wireless transceiver device, where the at least one impedance-related tuning component includes at least one aperture tuner (APT); during the tuning stage, utilizing the communications control circuit to measure voltage standing wave ratio(s) (VSWR(s)) of any antenna among the at least one antenna; and during the tuning stage, utilizing the communications control circuit to determine at least one setting of the at least one impedance-related tuning component according to the predetermined characterization data and the measured VSWR(s), for antenna performance optimization.

Abstract: An envelope tracking supply modulator includes an amplifier circuit and a zero peaking circuit. The amplifier circuit receives an envelope input, generates a modulated supply voltage according to the envelope input, and provides the modulated supply voltage to a power amplifier. The zero peaking circuit is coupled to the amplifier circuit, and applies zero peaking to the amplifier circuit, where the zero peaking inserts a zero at a frequency.

Abstract: A transmitter and a method for dynamically setting a current mode of the transmitter are provided. The transmitter includes a digital signal processing (DSP) circuit and a radio frequency (RF) circuit. The DSP circuit is configured to determine a target current mode by selecting one of multiple candidate current modes of the transmitter according to instantaneous transmitting (TX) information, wherein the instantaneous TX information includes at least one of a resource block (RB) information, a modulation and coding scheme (MCS), and an orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) type of an instantaneous TX signal. The RF circuit is configured to output the instantaneous TX signal, wherein at least one supply voltage and at least one bias voltage of a power amplifier (PA) of the RF circuit is controlled according to the target current mode. More particularly, the multiple candidate current modes correspond to different target power consumptions of the transmitter, respectively.
