    摘要: A ferrite magnetic powder for bond magnet that experiences only small decrease in coercivity when molded into a bond magnet is provided, which is a ferrite magnetic powder that includes an alkaline-earth metal constituent and exhibits a decrease in coercivity of not greater than 600 Oe when subjected to a prescribed molding test. The magnetic powder can be obtained by mixing a fine ferrite powder of an average particle diameter of greater than 0.50 to 1.0 μm and a coarse ferrite powder of an average particle diameter of greater than 2.50 to 5.0 μm at ratio to incorporate the fine powder at a content ratio of 15-40 wt %.

    摘要: A bonded magnet is required to have a large energy product, which is the product of magnetization Br and coercive force Hc. However, in a ferrite powder for a bonded magnet, when the particle diameter is reduced to improve the coercive force, the packing properties are impaired, and the Br is lowered.When the particle diameter is increased to improve the magnetization, the coercive force is lowered.Therefore, to increase the energy product, both the Br and Hc must be increased.A ferrite powder that has a large particle size, is composed of smooth crystals, and suffers only a small reduction in coercive force even after pressurization is obtained by mixing a fine ferrite powder having a small particle size with a ferrite powder calcined at a temperature of 1050° C. to 1300° C. in the presence of a chloride at its saturated vapor pressure and then annealing the mixture at 800° C. to 1100° C.A bonded magnet produced using the powder has an energy product of 2.0 MGOe or more.

    摘要: A ferrite magnetic powder for bonded magnets bonded using a rubber-base resin as binder, which powder is a ferrite magnetic powder containing an alkaline earth metal and having a chlorine content of 0.05 wt % or less and a powder pH of less than 6. The magnetic powder is produced by pulverizing a calcinated product of ferrite composition containing an alkali earth metal, annealing the pulverized ferrite composition to relieve crystal strain, dispersing the annealed powder in water and adding to it a mineral acid, adding a dispersant thereto, and subjecting the dispersion to solid-liquid separation followed by vacuum drying to obtain a ferrite magnetic powder having a chlorine content of 0.05 wt % or less and a powder pH of less than 6.

    摘要: A recording and reproducing apparatus is disclosed which is capable of accurately recording and reproducing an image signal and an audio signal to and from a disk even if a non-standard image signal has been supplied, the recording and reproducing apparatus having a storing unit for temporarily storing the audio signal to be recorded on a rewritable-disk-type recording medium and for outputting storage information which is information of the quantity of stored audio signals. A recording/reproducing unit changes the number of sectors of the disk type recording medium within a predetermined number of sectors to record the audio signal stored in the storage unit in synchronization with the image signal. A memory unit memorizes information of the sectors of the disk type recording medium on which the audio signals have been recorded as management information. The recording/reproducing unit reproduces the audio signal recorded on the disk type recording medium in synchronization with the image signal in accordance with management information memorized by the memory unit.

To this end, the information recording device has an HDD for recording an audio/visual digital data stream with a logical sector as an accessing unit, and an AV micro-computer system 10. This AV micro-computer system 10 has, as a recording data unit, a fixed length of the audio/visual digital data stream corresponding to an integer number multiple of a frame length. The AV micro-computer system 10 allocates the recording data unit to a minimum number of the logical sectors that can record the recording data unit in its entirety, while stuffing dummy data in the remaining portion of a logical sector of the digital data stream.
