摘要： There is disclosed a meteorological observation device for observing weather in an Atmospheric Boundary Layer or a Planetary Boundary Layer, comprising: a basic observation unit and one or more additional observation units which are connected directly or indirectly to the basic observation unit; a storage box whose inner space is compartmentalized to form a plurality of grids, wherein the grids include 1-st type cells, each of which holds the basic observation unit and each of the one or more additional observation units and 2-nd type cells, each of which forms 1-st sub space for holding a basic wire and 2-nd sub space for holding each of additional wires, wherein a size of each of the 2-nd type cells is determined as a size of each of the 1-st type cells.

摘要： A radiation shielding device for meteorological observation with internal air circulation including: a body for allowing meteorological sensors to be mounted therein; a cover for covering the body by engaging with the body; and a modified Venturi tube which is physically formed while the body and the cover are engaged with each other; wherein, the modified Venturi tube is configured as a first opening for receiving external air from an exterior of the body, a second opening for receiving internal air from an interior of the body, and a third opening for releasing the received external air and the received internal air, and wherein, the external air gets into the modified Venturi tube through the first opening, the internal air gets into the modified Venturi tube through the second opening, and the external air and the internal air are released from the modified Venturi tube through the third opening.

摘要： A method, controlling device, and system for simulating a generation of black ice on a road including steps of: (a) in response to an ambient atmosphere being determined as in a (1-1)-st state, changing the ambient atmosphere to be in a (1-2)-nd state by referring to a (1-1)-st simulation variable corresponding to a temperature of the ambient atmosphere and a (1-2)-nd simulation variable corresponding to a humidity of the ambient atmosphere; and (ii) in response to a road specimen being determined as in a (2-1)-st state, changing the road specimen to be in a (2-2)-nd state by referring to a (2-1)-st simulation variable corresponding to a temperature of the road specimen and a (2-2)-nd simulation variable corresponding to a residual precipitation; (b) applying a triggering action; and (c) determining whether the black ice is generated on the road specimen.
