A method for signaling a piece of congestion information regarding a first data stream routed by a first node in a network. The method includes the following acts implemented by a second node via which the first data stream and at least a second data stream are routed: obtaining a piece of congestion information regarding the second data stream, the congestion information indicating that a third node, via which the first data stream is routed, has detected a congestion situation for a routing of the second stream in a data transfer plane; checking that the first data stream has a priority level lower than that of the second data stream; and sending, to the first node, a control message in a control plane, the control message carrying the congestion information.
Abstract:
A method for substituting a plurality of service providers with one service provider of the plurality for the purpose of routing communication data. The method includes: sending, to each management entity, an information message including an identifier of the active service provider and a parameter regarding interaction between each service provider; at least one instance of receiving, from each management entity, a request message including the interaction parameter updated based on the information message or on the notification message that is received; and at least one instance of sending, to each management entity, a notification message including an identifier of the determined active service provider, and a remuneration value for the service provider.

A method for managing telecommunications resources dynamically allocated to a plurality of telecommunications operators is disclosed. At least one module for centralized management of the resources carries out: receiving a request for resources emitted by a requesting module representing one of the plurality of telecommunications operators, referred to as a requesting operator, to the at least one module for centralized management of the resources; and sending, to the requesting module and in response to the request, at least one offer of resources. The at least one offer of resources comprises: a piece of common objective information, representing a resource management objective common to the plurality of telecommunications operators; and/or at least one piece of reliability information from at least one other of the plurality of telecommunications operators, referred to as an offering operator, proposing the at least one offer of resources.

A method is provided for transferring a mobile terminal attached to a first access entity of an operator to a second access entity of a set of access entities controlled by at least one other operator within a communication network, the method implemented by a control device for routing data of the terminal. The method includes receiving, a connectivity message from entities of the set, determining an eligibility value relative to each entity based on at least one received parameter and a cooperation factor between the first entity and each other entity, selecting the second entity on the basis of the determined eligibility value, transmitting a transfer message to the first entity and to the second entity.

A method is provided for transferring a mobile terminal attached to a first access entity of an operator to a second access entity of a set of access entities controlled by at least one other operator within a communication network, the method implemented by a control device for routing data of the terminal. A method for configuring a terminal of a client user of an operator managing a first communications network. The method is implemented prior to the attachment of the terminal to a second communications network, for which transmission resources are temporarily used for routing data from the terminal to a remote server. The method includes receiving, from a control entity of the first network, a management instruction relating to the attachment of the terminal to the second network for a geographical zone. The method further includes configuring a data item relating to the control of the attachment of the terminal on the basis of the received management instruction, and transmitting, to the at least one terminal, at least one configuration parameter for attaching the terminal to the second network.

The method includes a phase of initialization, implementing the following acts in a routing device of the network placed on a default communications path between the first and second browsers: receiving a message for verifying connectivity between the browsers, the message carrying a specific attribute authorizing data exchanges between the browsers; and verifying an authorization of data exchanges between the browsers, from the specific attribute; and in the event of positive verification, modifying at least one routing table for routing data between the first browser and the second browser so as to define a replacement communications path between the browsers, passing through the routing device.
