Abstract: An intraoral camera system includes an imaging unit and an image determination unit. The imaging unit generates an image data item showing a target tooth for image capturing inside a mouth. The image determination unit defines two-dimensional plane coordinates for the image data item generated by the imaging unit and extracts the position coordinates of the outline of the target tooth from the entire imaging area of the imaging unit. When a part of the outline of the target tooth is outside an effective area set inside the entire imaging area of the imaging unit, the image determination unit determines that the target tooth extends beyond the effective area.

Abstract: A device management system includes: a server; base stations for long-distance wireless communication; and a device that communicatively connect to one of the base stations and that each sequentially transmit, to the server via the one base station, operation information indicating the current operation state of the device. Upon sequentially receiving the operation information, each of the base stations sequentially transmits, to the server, unique information unique to the base station together with the sequentially received operation information. The server sequentially receives, and sequentially stores in association with each other, the operation information and the unique information.
