    Abstract: Methods, systems and devices are provided to enable voice activity following a call interruption or when a call experiences or will experience interruption or diminished quality such that call experience is affected to be relayed to the communication device of the other party to the call. When an indication that an active voice call with another communication device is or will experience interruption or diminished quality such that call experience is affected, audio received from a microphone of the communication device may be recorded. A message may be generated from recorded audio and the generated message may be transmitted to the other communication device. Generation and/or transmission of the message may be performed in response to user inputs.

    Abstract: A method for memory management is described. The method includes detecting entry of a mobile device into a deep sleep state. The method also includes monitoring a hysteresis counter of entry into the deep sleep state relative to a time period of the mobile device in the deep sleep state to compute a hysteresis statistical threshold. The method further includes comparing the hysteresis statistical threshold to a threshold configuration value. The method also includes adjusting memory management of the mobile device and/or frequency scaling when the hysteresis statistical threshold is greater than the threshold configuration value.

    Abstract: Providing runtime power profile tuning based on eye state in processor-based Extended Reality (XR) devices is disclosed herein. In this regard, in some exemplary aspects, a processor of a processor-based XR device is configured to apply a default power profile, and detect, using an eye blink detection circuit, an eye close event of a user of the processor-based XR device. In response to detecting the eye close event, the processor selects a test power profile from a plurality of power profiles and applies the test power profile. The processor then measures an operating characteristic of the processor-based XR device and compares the operating characteristic with a corresponding reference range. Based on the comparing, the processor updates one or more power profiles of the plurality of power profiles.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may receive an indication for establishing communications between a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE based on a first subscriber identification module (SIM) pair. The base station may compare a first set of capabilities associated with SIMs of the first UE and a second set of capabilities associated with SIMs of the second UE based on the indication. The base station may determine a set of rankings associated with the SIMs of the second UE based on the comparison of the sets of capabilities. The base station may identify a second SIM pair for a connection for establishing the communications between the first UE and the second UE. The base station may establish the connection between the first UE and the second UE based on the second SIM pair.
