Abstract: An apparatus and method for processing input of an optical mouse sensor having the optical mouse sensor as an input unit are provided. In the method, a touch movement velocity associated with input of the optical mouse sensor is determined. The movement velocity is compared with a threshold. If the movement velocity is less than the threshold, the input of the optical mouse sensor is processed as continuous key input.
