摘要: An electronic device and a method thereof are provided. The electronic device includes at least one communication processor which receives data via a first cellular communication or a second cellular communication, and an application processor, wherein the at least one communication processor is configured to receive, from a master node corresponding to the first cellular communication, first partitioned data among partitioned data produced by partitioning the data, and receive second partitioned data from a secondary node corresponding to the second cellular communication, identify a first sequence number of the first partitioned data and a second sequence number of the second partitioned data, and induce a decrease in or a stop of transmission of pieces of partitioned data to the electronic device via a node which transmits partitioned data corresponding to a small sequence number.

摘要: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: at least one antenna and a communication processor. The communication processor may be configured to: transmit a system information request to a base station through the at least one antenna, identify an electric field state of a reception signal, in response to a failure in the system information request, set a retransmission period of the system information request based on the identified electric field state of the reception signal, and retransmit the system information request based on the set retransmission period of the system information request.

The electronic device includes: a communication processor configured to support a C-DRX; and a communication circuit configured to switch a first on-duration period to a sleep duration according to expiration of a predetermined time corresponding to an inactivity timer, wherein the communication processor is configured to determine whether to change a length of the sleep duration of the C-DRX, based on a state of the electronic device, control the communication circuit to transmit UE assistance information for changing the length of the sleep duration of the C-DRX, based on the determination, to a network, and control an operation related to the C-DRX of the communication circuit, based on the inactivity timer having a changed predetermined time included in an RRC reconfiguration message received according to an RRC connection with the network. Various other embodiments are possible.

摘要: According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises: memory storing instructions and at least one processor. The instructions, when executed by at least one processor, may cause the electronic device to: receive at least one radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message from a serving cell; perform measurement for at least one neighboring cell based on information associated with conditional reconfiguration confirmed on the basis of the at least one RRC reconfiguration message; and perform at least one procedure for handover to a target cell satisfying a specified condition, based on which a radio link failure with the serving cell is detected and at least a part of the measurement result for the at least one neighboring cell satisfies the specified condition confirmed based on the information associated with the conditional reconfiguration.
