Abstract: A display may include flexible substrate, a blocking layer on the flexible substrate, a pixel on the flexible substrate and the blocking layer, and a scan line, a data line, a driving voltage line, and an initialization voltage line connected to the pixel. The pixel may include an organic light emitting diode, a switching transistor connected to the scan line, and a driving transistor to apply a current to the organic light emitting diode. The blocking layer is in an area that overlaps the switching transistor on a plane, and between the switching transistor and the flexible substrate, and receives a voltage through a contact hole that exposes the blocking layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a flexible substrate, a semiconductor layer on the flexible substrate, and an overlapping layer. The transistor includes a driving transistor, a second transistor to transmit a data voltage transmitted through the data line to an input electrode of the driving transistor, and a third transistor including a gate electrode connected to the scan line, a first electrode connected to an output electrode of the driving transistor, and a second electrode connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor. The third transistor includes two transistors connected in series to each other and connected to each other at a third node, the third node is formed in the semiconductor layer, an additional capacitance portion is formed in the semiconductor layer in the vicinity of the third node, and the overlapping layer overlaps the third node and the capacitance portion of the semiconductor layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display is capable of reducing variation in power transmitted to pixels to reduce or prevent non-uniformity of brightness from being generated. The organic light emitting display includes a pixel including a red sub pixel, a green sub pixel, and a blue sub pixel and first pixel power source lines for supplying a first pixel power from a first pixel power source to the red sub pixel, the green sub pixel, and the blue sub pixel, wherein the first pixel power source lines coupled to at least two different color sub pixels of the red, green and blue sub pixels have different widths. The first pixel power source lines have widths that may correspond to a voltage drop of the first pixel power source or may correspond to deterioration of the respective sub pixels to which they are coupled.
