Abstract: Embodiments herein provide method for automatically managing activities of an application in an electronic device. The method includes detecting by an activity controller an input on a data item of the application displayed on a screen of the electronic device. Further, the method includes determining by the activity controller at least one activity associated with the data item.
Furthermore, the method includes causing by the activity controller to automatically display an at least one activity interface and performing the at least one activity associated with the data item within the at least one activity interface. The at least one activity interface comprises a synchronization element to synchronize a result of the at least one performed activity with the application displayed on the screen of the electronic device.

Abstract: A method for providing notifications is provided. The method includes a tangible user interface (TUI) element the receives an input from a computing device coupled to the TUI element. The input is indicative of an outcome corresponding to a functionality of an application on the computing device. Based on the outcome, the TUI element determines at least one illumination pattern from a plurality of pre-stored illumination patterns. Thereafter, the TUI element generates an output based on the at least one determined illumination pattern.

Abstract: An electronic device for controlling a brightness of a light source and an operating method of the electronic device are provided. According to the electronic device and the operating method, an image including an ambient environment of a light source is captured, information of an exposure of the captured image is obtained, information about a brightness of the ambient environment of the light source is determined based on the information about the exposure, and a brightness of the light source is controlled based on the determined information about the brightness of the ambient environment.
