Abstract: A user terminal and a providing method thereof are provided. The method includes acquiring an iris image, determining a capturing condition of the iris image, converting the acquired iris image to an iris code and performing iris recognition by comparing the converted iris code with an iris code corresponding to a determined capturing condition among pre-registered iris codes, determining a physical condition of a user who is subject to the iris recognition on the basis of an iris recognition matching rate being within a preset range, and providing a determined physical condition result.

Abstract: Provided are a wearable display device and a light guide element thereof, the display device including: a display element configured to project a first light forming a virtual image; and a light guide element configured to guide the first light from the display element and a second light input from outside of the wearable display device to a predetermined position. The light guide element includes: a first optical surface facing the display element; a second optical surface and a third optical surface configured to reflect the first light input through the first optical surface; and a fourth optical surface configured to reflect the reflected first light to the predetermined position. The first to third optical surfaces are flat surfaces, and the fourth optical surface is a rotationally asymmetric reflective surface.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes: a display unit; a sensor configured to sense a touch input into the display unit; an eye direction sensor configured to sense an eye direction of a user; and a controller configured to divide a screen of the display unit into a plurality of areas, in response to an eye of the user being sensed toward a first area of the plurality of areas and a first touch input being sensed into the first area, perform a first control operation corresponding to the first touch input, and in response to a second touch input being sensed into the other areas except the first area, not perform a second control operation corresponding to the second touch input. Therefore, whether a function will be executed is determined according to an area in which an eye of a user is sensed and an area in which the eye of the user is not sensed. As a result, a malfunction of a display apparatus is prevented.
