Abstract: A touch processing circuit includes: a front-end circuit including an amplifier, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, and a plurality of switches each having two ends that are selectively connected each other, the front-end circuit being configured to process an input signal varying according to a touch; and a controller controlling the plurality of switches so that the front-end circuit is configured as a first circuit that accumulates deviation of the input signal between a first phase and a second phase during an integration period and a second circuit that converts the accumulated deviation into a digital signal during a conversion period.

Abstract: An OLED display system includes a display panel, a driving circuit, a voltage generator and a power management application circuit (PMAC). The driving circuit provides scan signals to the display panel. The voltage generator generates a negative voltage based on a first driving voltage having a positive level and a second driving voltage having a negative level and provides the negative voltage to the driving circuit. The PMAC includes a power management application circuit (PMIC) and an additional circuit distinct from the PMIC and disposed externally to the PMIC. The PMIC applies a high power supply voltage and a low power supply voltage to the display panel and generates the first driving voltage based on a battery voltage. The additional circuit generates the second driving voltage based on the battery voltage. The driving circuit generates at least one of the scan signals based on the negative voltage.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including pixels arranged in rows and columns, a gate driver connected to pixels in the rows through first gate lines and second gate lines, a data driver connected to the pixels in the columns through data lines, a sensor connected to the pixels in the columns through sensing lines, a memory to store a look-up table, and a timing controller to control the gate driver and the data driver to adjust the brightnesses of the pixels through the first gate lines and the data lines and to control the gate driver and the sensor to perform a sensing operation of sensing the brightnesses of the pixels through the second gate lines and the sensing lines. The timing controller reads the look-up table from the memory and adjusts a sensing period of the sensing operation based on the look-up table.

Abstract: In a method of sensing a threshold voltage of a driving transistor in a pixel included in a display panel, a first initial level of a data voltage, a level of an initialization voltage and a second initial level of a reference voltage that are used for sensing the threshold voltage of the driving transistor are set. The reference voltage is different from the initialization voltage. The threshold voltage of the driving transistor is sensed by applying the initialization voltage, the data voltage having the first initial level and the reference voltage having the second initial level to the driving transistor. When a predetermined condition is not satisfied by variation in the threshold voltage of the driving transistor, at least one of the first initial level and the second initial level is changed. The threshold voltage of the driving transistor is sensed again based on a result of changing at least one of the first initial level and the second initial level.

The switching circuit connects each of the touch sensors to the at least one reception circuit in a touch mode and connects a first portion of the touch sensors to the at least one reception circuit and a second portion of the touch sensors to the at least one transmission circuit in a proximity mode.
