    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for a multi-subscriber identity module (SIM) wireless communication. The method includes receiving a communication request, performing a first wireless communication, and performing a second wireless communication. Receiving a communication request by a second SIM while in wireless communication is based on a first SIM is performed via a plurality of antennas. Performing a first wireless communication is based on the first SIM communicating via a first antenna group that is a portion of the plurality of antennas, in response to a number of antennas used for wireless communication based on the first SIM and the second SIM that is greater than a number of available antennas of a terminal. Performing a second wireless communication is based on the second SIM via a second antenna group while the first wireless communication is performed and the second group is different from the first antenna group.

The device includes a housing forming at least one portion of a surface of the device, wherein the at least one portion of the surface includes first and second surfaces facing opposite to each other; a display at least partially housed in the housing and including a display area visible via at least one portion of the first surface; a substantially circular radiating element at least partially forming the first surface; a ground element between the first and second surfaces; a conductive element below the ground element; wireless communication circuitry electrically connected with the radiating element and establishing communication with an external electronic device; and a processor electrically connecting the conductive element with the ground element if a radiation characteristic relative to the radiating element satisfies a condition; and disconnecting the conductive element with the ground element if the radiation characteristic does not satisfy the condition.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a method of operating an electronic device are provided.     Abstract: The devices, systems, and techniques described herein provide for efficient communications between devices to reduce power consumption while maintaining performance. In some aspects, a terminal may adjust a transmission power limit for transmitting signals to a base station to reduce power consumption at the terminal. In some examples, the terminal may adjust the transmission power limit based on a temperature of the terminal and a number of resource blocks allocated to the terminal (e.g., such that the temperature remains below a threshold). In some other examples, the terminal may adjust the transmission power limit based on a block error rate (BLER) (e.g., such that the BLER remains below a threshold while minimizing the transmission power limit). In some other examples, the terminal may adjust the transmission power limit based on an importance of one or more transmissions (e.g., to avoid wasting power on less important transmissions).
