    摘要: A cover of a backlight module for protecting backlight components is disclosed. The cover includes: a main body; and bent clasping sheets arranged on at least one edge portion of the main body, the clasping sheet is fixed in a groove cavity between a backplane and a front frame so as to fix the cover on the backplane. In addition, a backlight module and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. The above-mentioned cover, the backlight module, and the liquid crystal display may simplify the assembly process of the backlight module, and may reduce the cost at the same time.

    摘要: A support frame is provided for packaging a liquid crystal glass panel. The support frame includes four corner pieces, upper connection bars, and lower connection bars. The upper connection bars are connected to top ends of the corner pieces to form an upper sub-frame. The lower connection bars are connected to bottom ends of the corner pieces to form a bottom bracket, which includes a lower sub-frame corresponding to the upper sub-frame and a carriage rack located inside and connected to the lower sub-frame. The support frame is rigid and may reinforce a tray against deformation caused by stacking or handling trays. The support frame is of a knockdown arrangement composed of multiple components in such a way that a portion of the components may be shared for contained products of different sizes so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.

    摘要: The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards. Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.

    摘要: A back plate assembly with variable curvatures is disclosed. It comprises a flexible back plate, a connecting component, and an adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment mechanism comprises a connecting shaft disposed on the back plate, and the connecting component connects to the connecting shaft and abuts to the back plate, and the adjustment mechanism adjusts the connecting component on the connecting shaft to modulate clamping force of the back plate received from the connecting component. The back plate assembly can adapt to the backlight units and the display devices with different curvatures based on the requirement of the bend degree. Many kind of the back plate assemblies do not need to be manufactured to fit the backlight unit and the display device having different curvatures.

The packing box is equipped with an elastic retractable member assembled in an accommodating groove thereof. The elastic retractable member is memory metal and can generate stretching and retracting effects with the change of temperature to thereby fix liquid crystal panels disposed in the packing box. Accordingly, in the processes of packing and transporting the liquid crystal panels, the seamless assembling between the liquid crystal panels and the packing box is realized, the damage caused by collision between edges of the liquid crystal panels and a box body of the packing box is avoided, the secondary impact generated resulting from the shift of the liquid crystal panels is eliminated and the safety is improved consequently.

    摘要: The invention discloses a backlight module. The backlight module includes a light guide plate having an incident side; a mounting bracket including a vertical portion and a horizontal portion, wherein the vertical portion is opposite to the incident side, a gap exists between the vertical portion and the incident side, the vertical portion has a plurality of mounting holes, and the mounting holes pass through the vertical portion and the horizontal portion, thereby forming a plurality of grooves on the horizontal portion; a plurality of optical fibers, wherein the optical fibers are respectively disposed in the grooves and the mounting holes, emitting end faces of the optical fibers are attached to the incident side, and the optical fibers are used for guiding the ambient light into the light guide plate; and a plurality of slide assemblies, wherein the slide assemblies are respectively put around the optical fibers and fixed on the optical fibers, and the sliding assemblies are respectively disposed in the grooves and able to move with expansion or contraction of the light guide plate. The invention also discloses a liquid crystal display device having the backlight module.
