    摘要: A package cushioning for padding an article to be packaged in an outer box includes a base body in the form of a downwardly open half tube. On the outside thereof are attached opposing hump-shaped support members, which protrude beyond the half-tube on the upper side of the base body. Opposing surfaces of the support members and their transitions each form an upwardly open channel section on the package cushioning. The entire package cushioning is made in one piece with an average wall thickness W from a waste paper fiber material. A low point on the inside of the upwardly open channel section is spaced by the distance from the high point on the inside of the downwardly open half tube, the distance being greater than the simple wall thickness.

    摘要: The disclosure describes various stackable corner protector configurations. The corner protectors can have curved lateral surfaces that allow the corner protectors to be decoupled from a photovoltaic module to which they are coupled to by rotating one end of the corner protectors away from the object. This removal process works even more efficiently with multiple stacked corner protectors as the stacked corner protectors can be concurrently removed from the object by rotating the stacked corner protectors away from the object together. The corner protector can also include one or more attachment features for securing the corner protector to the object. For example, when the corner protector is installed on a photovoltaic module, the attachment feature can engage a lip defined by a recess or channel of the photovoltaic module.

    摘要: The present invention provides a package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass, which includes an air sack sheet and scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with four corners of a piece of liquid crystal glass. The air sack sheet is formed by connecting a plurality of air sacks. The scratch protection layers are single-sided adhesive tapes or foamed PE cushioning materials. The package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass according to the present invention uses an air sack sheet as a basic material to be used in combination with scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with the four corners of the liquid crystal glass so as to prevent the liquid crystal glass from scratching and breaking the air sacks thereby providing improved effect of cushioning and thus highly effective protection of the liquid crystal glass during transportation.
