Abstract: A device for continuously applying a transverse tension in an annealing process of an ultra-thin strip, including an unfolding and receiving mechanism for unwinding and winding the strip and an orthopedic mechanism for correcting the strip including an annealing furnace, and two orthopedic assemblies fixedly arranged inside the annealing furnace; the two orthopedic assemblies are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the strip, are parallel to an advancing direction of the strip and correspond to side edges of the strip, and include annular guide rails; each annular guide rail is fixedly connected with the annealing furnace and is slidably connected with an orthopedic part; the orthopedic part corresponds to each side edge of the strip, and each annular guide rail is internally provided with a driving part; the driving part is in transmission connection with the orthopedic part, and the orthopedic part is communicated with an air source part.

Abstract: A semi-automatic adjustment device for suppressing tension fluctuations during a rolling process of an ultra-thin strip includes a semi-automatic tension regulator, a semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping, a coiler, a tension roller and a twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic tension regulator is disposed between the coiler and the tension roller, the semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping is disposed between the tension roller and the twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic adjustment device can be used to reduce a short-time fluctuation impact of tension during startup and shutdown of a twenty-high roll mill when the twenty-high rolling mill rolls an ultra-thin strip, improve system stability, absorb the continuous micro disturbances generated during the rolling process of the twenty-high roll mill, and achieve flexible and stable adjustment of tension during the rolling process.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of fabricating a metal composite strip, and specifically relates to a method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller and a device thereof. A method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller comprises steps of: S1: preparing a metal strip to be bonded, and performing surface treatment on the metal strip to be bonded; S2: frictionally heating the metal strip to be bonded by several sets of friction roller heating devices; measuring a surface temperature of the friction-heated metal strip to be bonded strip by a temperature detector; according to a measured temperature, adjusting a rotation speed of the friction roller in the friction roller heating devices; and S3: transporting the heated metal strip to be bonded to a rolling mill for rolling to obtain a metal composite strip. The invention adopts the friction roller heating devices in rolling process of the metal strip to be bonded, utilizes the friction heat generation effect of the high-speed rotating friction roller and the metal strip to be bonded, and generates different heat in the dissimilar metals by adjusting the speed of the friction roller, thereby generating different temperature rise to realize different temperature rolling of the metal composite strips.

Abstract: A plate and strip rolling process oriented efficient and stable current applying manipulator is provided, which aims to effectively avoid potential safety hazards caused integral electrifying of the rack during normal current applying, can improve the defects that current loss is caused by a normal current applying way and the service life of the roller is shortened, and the difficulty in applying pulse current to plate strips while rolling plate strips with limited length dimensions at a higher temperature, and can realize stable loading of pulse current with limited dimension, and effectively act pulse current within a rolling region.
