摘要: This application describes a method for manufacturing storage containers by spirally winding with multiple bundles of fibers. Two sets of yarn guide nozzles distributed in a circumferential array form a first spiral winding structure and a second spiral winding structure respectively, and a spiral winding device with the two layers of spiral winding structures cooperates with feeding devices carrying wound containers, to realize the spiral winding of the multiple bundles of fibers on the wound containers; the feeding devices drive the wound containers to do axial reciprocating motion and axial rotation, and the spiral winding device drives the yarn guide nozzles to do radial telescopic motion and self-rotation motion; and according to the lengths of axial dimensions of the wound containers, single-station double-layer spiral winding or double-station single-layer spiral winding is selected.

摘要: A giant gully-crossing vehicle for polar scientific expeditions, including a gully-crossing bridge and a vehicle body. The vehicle body includes a stage and a travelling portion. The stage includes a top platform, a front bottom plate, a rear bottom plate and a multifunctional lock platform assembly. The front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate are capable of sliding independently relative to the top platform. The travelling portion includes a first travelling component, a second travelling component, a third travelling component, a fourth travelling component, a fifth travelling component and a sixth travelling component which are symmetrically provided at left and right sides of the stage and below the stage. Bridge bodies of the bridge components can be assembled to two gully-crossing bridges, and are connected to the multifunctional lock platform assembly when crossing gullies.

摘要: A method for setting a roll gap of sinusoidal corrugated rolling for a metal composite plate includes steps of: determining entrance thicknesses, exit thicknesses, a width, and a rolling temperature of a difficult-to-deform metal slab and an easy-to-deform metal slab; detecting a roll speed and an entrance speed of a metal composite slab, obtaining a roll radius and friction factors; determining parameters of a sinusoidal corrugating roll and a quantity of complete sinusoidal corrugations on the sinusoidal corrugating roll; then calculating a time required for a complete corrugated rolling; calculating a rolling force at any time during the sinusoidal corrugated rolling of the metal composite plate; and calculating the roll gap S of the corrugated rolling at any time according to the rolling force F, and configuring a rolling mill to have the roll gap S according to an actual rolling schedule before normal production.

The present invention uses a method combining numerical simulation and bond rolling experiment to analyze the effect of the hydrogen pressure and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip after bond rolling on the pore diameter of the micro-channel, and the corresponding relationship between the micro-channel pore diameter and the titanium hydride content, heating temperature, and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip is obtained.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of fabricating a metal composite strip, and specifically relates to a method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller and a device thereof. A method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller comprises steps of: S1: preparing a metal strip to be bonded, and performing surface treatment on the metal strip to be bonded; S2: frictionally heating the metal strip to be bonded by several sets of friction roller heating devices; measuring a surface temperature of the friction-heated metal strip to be bonded strip by a temperature detector; according to a measured temperature, adjusting a rotation speed of the friction roller in the friction roller heating devices; and S3: transporting the heated metal strip to be bonded to a rolling mill for rolling to obtain a metal composite strip. The invention adopts the friction roller heating devices in rolling process of the metal strip to be bonded, utilizes the friction heat generation effect of the high-speed rotating friction roller and the metal strip to be bonded, and generates different heat in the dissimilar metals by adjusting the speed of the friction roller, thereby generating different temperature rise to realize different temperature rolling of the metal composite strips.
