A blue laser is emitted by a light emitting unit of the backlight module, and a red laser generator and a green laser generator included in the laser array with an optical echo-wall mode microcavity are disposed on the light-emitting unit, so that the backlight formed by the laser array has a larger viewing angle and higher backlight uniformity.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes a blue laser diode and a laser radiation film. A light emitting surface of the blue laser diode is disposed close to the laser radiation film. A blue laser emitted by the blue laser diode excites the laser radiation film to emit a red laser and a green laser, and the blue laser, the red laser, and the green laser are mixed to form white light.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a display panel which includes forming a pattern of a first electrode layer on a first substrate; coating a nano particle solution on the pattern of the first electrode layer and the first substrate; providing a second substrate formed with a pattern of a second electrode layer, wherein the pattern of the first electrode layer corresponds to the pattern of the second electrode layer; and connecting the pattern of the first electrode layer and the pattern of the second electrode layer to a power supply to perform a patterning treatment on the nano particle solution to make the nano particle solution form a pattern of a nano particle layer.

    Abstract: A QLED light-emitting device is provided, including a first electrode layer, an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole transport layer, a hole injection layer, and a second electrode layer. Wherein, the light-emitting layer includes a plurality of quantum dot layers disposed in a stack, and insulating layers are disposed among the quantum dot layers adjacent to one side of the electron injection layer. Through disposing the insulating layers among the quantum dot layers adjacent to the one side of the electron injection layer, an electron transmission rate is reduced, thereby balancing the electron transmission rate and a hole transmission rate and improving luminous efficiency of QLEDs.

    Abstract: A preparing method of a quantum dot film is provided. The method includes steps of: providing an electrode layer, the electrode layer including a plurality of strip electrodes spaced apart from each other; coating a quantum dot solution onto the electrode layer; supplying a driving voltage to the strip electrode to cause the quantum dots of the quantum dot solution to aggregate toward a region corresponding to the strip electrode; and curing an aggregated quantum dot solution to obtain the quantum dot film.
