Abstract: A first network device receives multiple subscription data campaigns, where each of the multiple subscription data campaigns comprises media content, a free data usage quota, and a price for receiving the media content, presents the multiple subscription data campaigns to a user device associated with a user, and receives a selection of one of the multiple subscription data campaigns from the user device.
