摘要： In an image pickup apparatus comprising a CCD image pickup device made up of a plurality of photodiodes which are two-dimensionally arrayed, and vertical and horizontal shift registers, and a CPU for driving and controlling the CCD image pickup device, the CPU has a driving function in a mode for performing normal transfer of electric charges for reading in the vertical shift registers of the CCD image pickup device, and a driving function in a mode for performing high-speed sweep transfer to purge out useless electric charges, and sets the pulse width and cycle of vertical transfer pulses for driving the vertical shift register to be substantially the same in the above two modes.

摘要： In an image pickup apparatus comprising a CCD image pickup device made up of a plurality of pixels constituted by photodiodes which are two-dimensionally arrayed, a vertical register and a horizontal register, and a CPU for driving and controlling the CCD image pickup device, the CPU has a driving function in an all-pixel read mode for reading pixel signals from all the pixels of the CCD image pickup device, a driving function in a thinning (skipping) read mode for reading pixel signals from all the pixels in a thinned-out fashion, and a device shutter function for extracting signal electric charges from each pixel to control an exposure time. In the thinning read mode, the operation of extracting the signal electric charges from each pixel is carried out one or more times for each read period of one frame.

摘要： An image sensing apparatus includes a CCD having photodiodes, vertical shift registers, and a horizontal shift register; a signal generator supplying pulses for driving the CCD; a light shading element such as a mechanical shutter which shades incident light to the CCD; and a driver controlling the light shading element. The image sensing apparatus performs high-speed discharging of the vertical shift registers from the starting end of the frame next to a frame where a record trigger is generated, and performs charge storage operation into the photodiodes partially in parallel with high-speed discharging. Further, the image sensing apparatus stops high-speed discharging at the same time as completion of the charge storage operation, furthermore, and completely shades the CCD by performing a closing operation of the light shading element within a residual period of the same frame.

摘要： The present invention relates to a track roller having inner and outer races of a large radial wall thickness, in which an insert hole close to a raceway passage and a rolling element feed hole crossing the insert hole and joined to the raceway passage are formed, whereby the loading of the rolling elements into the raceway passage can be done simply and speedily. In order to load balls which constitute the rolling elements into the raceway passage formed between a raceway groove of the outer race and that of the inner race, the inner race is provided in the portion thereof which is close to the raceway passage with the axially extending insert hole and the rolling element feed hole of a small length extending from an inner surface of the insert hole to the raceway groove of the inner race. The balls are loaded from the insert hole into the raceway grooves via the rolling element feed hole, and a plug is then fitted in the rolling element feed hole. A pin is then inserted through a first pin hole of the inner race and a second pin hole of the plug, whereby the plug is fixed to the inner race.
