摘要: The present invention provides a system, method and a memory product storing a computer program for recording call details that allows inexpensive recording of voice data of a phone call on the IP phone system, while easily maintaining high sound quality of the call. A CDR system is provided with a transferring means for transferring the voice packet to a receiving side IP phone upon receipt thereof from the calling side IP phone and records the voice packet upon receipt thereof from the calling side phone and the receiving side phone in a recording means, and a call controller acquires a condition for deciding whether or not to record the voice packet representing the call between the phones; and transmits information relating to a destination with which a call with the transferring means is to be established, in case of having decided to record the voice packet representing the call.

摘要: Implementations generally relate to data-charge phase data compression. In one implementation, a method includes computing prediction values for image data, where the image data is data-charge phase data, and where the computing of prediction values is based on inter-block prediction. The method also includes computing residual data based on the prediction values. The method also includes quantizing the residual data. The method also includes entropy encoding the quantized residual data. The method also includes refining an inverse quantized residual data based on one or more of the residual data and a number of left-over bit-budget after entropy encoding.

摘要: After discharge has begun in a high pressure discharge lamp, constant current control is performed so a lamp current becomes 4 [A]. Then, the current supplied to a pair of electrodes in the lamp is controlled so an electrode tip temperature t [degrees C.] at this time and an electrode tip temperature T [degrees C.] during stable lighting satisfy the relationship t [degrees C.]

摘要: A conventional black oxide colorant used for the shielding coat membrane of the D2R type discharge lamps for automobiles has a problem that its wettablity with the granulated glass is not good so that a strong membrane is difficult to be obtained. A paint for the shielding coat membrane comprises polycrystalline silica and Mn-doped ferric oxide as a black colorant, which has a good wettability with the granulated glass and a shielding characteristics so as to improve the membrane strength, thereby providing a lamp with the shielding coat membrane that passes all evaluation test in the view point of the membrane strength, the light transmissivity, the discoloration, the suppression of pealing-off and cracking.

摘要: A greensheet comprising an inorganic pigment and an inorganic matrix component is applied to a surface of a glass substrate and fired for fixing. The formed shading film has a portion whose thickness is 90% or more of the maximum thickness of the shading film within the range of 0.5 mm from an edge of the shading film. Thus, a shading film that has distinct end faces and has an excellent thickness uniformity can be formed with a good positional accuracy. Therefore, a lamp having a highly precise light distribution property can be obtained. In addition, a lamp having such a property can be obtained with a few steps and at a low cost.
