    摘要: A door division channel for a vehicle is provided between a sliding glass and a fixed glass of the vehicle to support the respective glasses. The door division channel includes an inner panel and an outer panel which are connected to upper and lower ends of a glass frame to cover a gap between the sliding glass and the fixed glass at the indoor side and the outdoor side of the vehicle, respectively; an inner elongation part of the inner panel elongating to the outer panel through the gap; and an outer elongation part of the outer panel elongating to the inner panel through the gap to couple with the inner elongation part.

The first seal presents a first outer contact surface that extends in generally parallel relationship to the first edge. The second seal is attached to a second edge of a second flange of the vehicle. The second seal presents a second outer contact surface that extends in generally parallel relationship to the second edge. The first outer contact surface and the second outer contact surface are in sealing contact relationship with the movable pane of glass when the movable pane of glass is in a closed position. The first outer contact surface and the second outer contact surface are not in sealing contact relationship with the movable pane of glass when the movable pane of glass is in an open position.

An encapsulation is molded to the fixed window pane to secure the division post thereto. The encapsulation is formed from a second moldable material that is different from the first moldable material.

    摘要: A mirror assembly includes a reflective element portion and a molded portion formed of a multi-void, lightweight structure. The multi-void, lightweight structure may be formed by injecting a gas into an injection mold while the molded portion is being molded, resulting in a multi-void aerated molded structure having multiple-voids introduced during the molding step. A window assembly for a vehicle may include an outer frame portion, an inner frame portion hingedly attached to the outer frame portion, and at least one sealing element established along a sealing portion of the outer and/or inner frame portions. The outer frame portion may be pivoted relative to the inner frame portion and about the hinge portions to a closed position. The outer frame portion may be connected to the inner frame portion when in the closed position to secure the at least one sealing element therebetween.
