    Abstract: A method for producing a structural component part (1) from a fiber-reinforced plastic according to a three-dimensional winding process. Threadlike or strand-shaped fiber material (12) supplied on at least one bobbin (18) is wound around at least one filament carrier (11) in at least one winding pattern by at least one computer-controlled winding device (10). The fiber material (12) is laid down on the filament carrier (11) with a filament tensile force (FZN) that is preadjusted by a control device (14). The filament tensile force (FZist) is controlled depending on location and/or depending on path in order to take into account specific lay-down locations (29) on the filament carrier (11) in which a lay-down path (28) predefined by the winding pattern is departed from owing to the local geometry at preadjusted filament tensile force (FZN).

    Abstract: A four-point link for a vehicle includes a core element and a main laminate comprising a fiber reinforced plastics composite material, which wraps around the core element. The core element comprises four load-introducing elements and a foam core, and the four load-introducing elements (4) are connected by positive engagement to the foam core (5). The four-point link has four additional windings, wherein a respective additional winding wraps around a first, second, third and fourth load-introducing element and operatively connects a respective one of the latter to the main laminate. Compressive forces can be introduced into the main laminate (3) by means of every additional winding (6).

    Abstract: A component part for a motor vehicle having a hollow profile portion of a fiber-reinforced plastic and a load introduction element of a metal material.     Abstract: A method for producing a structural component part (1, 33) from a fiber-reinforced plastic according to a three-dimensional winding process. A threadlike fiber material (12) is supplied on at least one bobbin (18) and constructed as a towpreg semifinished product is wound around at least one filament carrier (11) in a winding pattern by a computer-controlled winding device. The towpreg semifinished product is a mixture (30) of a thermoset resin, a hardener, an accelerator and plastic fibers (29) embedded in the mixture (30). The fiber material (12) is guided on the filament carrier (11) by a guide element (24) having a circular outlet cross section and arranged at a fiber guide device (25), the fiber material (12) deflected by the guide element (24) when the winding pattern is formed. The fiber material (12) is brought in contact with the guide element (24) during a deflection.

    Abstract: A four-point link (1) for a wheel suspension of a vehicle, having a core element (2), a thread (3) and four bushings (6). The thread (3) is pre-impregnated with a resin. The core element (2) has a torsional element (4) and four supporting arms (5) integrally connected to the torsional element (4). A bushing (6) is arranged, on each respective distal end of the supporting arms (5), for holding a respective bearing element. The core element (2) and the respective bushings (6) are at least partially wrapped with the thread (3) in order to connect the bushing (6), in each case, to the thread (3) at least in a non-positive manner. In addition, a method for producing the above-mentioned four-point link (1).
