Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems that enable scheduling of related data transmissions across multiple cells and/or carriers are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes processing, by a base station, a first data transmission for a user device on a first serving cell and transmitting, by the base station to the user device, a control message that includes a scheduling information of a second data transmission on a second cell that is different than the first serving cell. The control message indicates whether the second data transmission is a new data transmission or a retransmission of the first data transmission. The method also includes processing, by the base station, the second data transmission for the user device on the second cell according to the scheduling information.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring and scheduling a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). Abstract: A wireless communication method includes configuring a first wireless device for a communication between the first wireless device and a second wireless device according to a semi-static configuration that specifies a time slot pattern for the communication. M carriers are configured for the communication, where M is an integer greater than 1. The time slot pattern is configured across the M carriers based on the units of time slots of a reference carrier of the M carriers. Abstract: Techniques are described to construct a semi-static hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook. An example wireless communication method includes determining, by a communication device that is configured to communicate with a first cell and a second cell, a position of a first time slot associated with the first cell that overlaps with a second time slot associated with the second cell, where the second time slot is configured for a transmission of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (ACK) information; determining, for the HARQ-ACK information, a plurality of time slots associated with the first cell and the second cell based on the position of the first time slot and a set of values associated with the first cell; and transmitting, by the communication device, the HARQ-ACK information for the plurality of time slots in the second time slot to the second cell.
