摘要： A reusable diaper may include an inner layer to wick moisture and an outer layer substantially impervious to liquids. A waist portion may include a corner region for securing the diaper in a desired position. The corner region may be resiliently stretchable and substantially impervious to liquids, and may include first and second layers coupled to the respective inner and outer layers. The coupled first layer and inner layer define a first seam allowance, and the coupled second layer and outer layer define a second seam allowance. The first and second seam allowances may be positioned within the corner region to help inhibit wicking of liquid through the seam allowances into the corner region. And a fluid-resistant region may be provided to help resist wicking of moisture through the inner layer past the fluid-resistant region.

摘要： A diaper system is provided for adapting an adjustable diaper to accommodate different individuals and their growth. The adjustable diaper may include an insertion assembly and a cover assembly. The cover assembly has an interior surface and an exterior surface on opposing sides of its wing shape, forming an anterior wing end and a posterior wing end interconnected by a crotch portion. Along and inward from each wing end of each surface the cover assembly may provide a plurality of waist fasteners of adjustably securing the adjustable diaper about the ever-growing waist of a wearer. The exterior surface between the anterior and the posterior wing ends provides a plurality of fasteners for adapting the height and width of the adjustable diaper. The insertion assembly may be removably secured within pockets formed on both ends of the interior surface of the cover assembly for easy replacement.

The T-shaped device is comprised of a top layer that is fluid permeable, a middle layer that absorbs fluid, and a bottom layer that is fluid impermeable. The “T” shaped device is positioned under a patient's scrotum and rests on the upper thigh of the patient. The front flap of the device is folded over the patient's penis with the opposing side flaps folding over the front flap and fastened. The adult male urinary incontinence device allows the patient to be changed without moving the patient or awaking them.

摘要： The present invention relates to a reusable female underwear garment having an integrated sanitary pad holder or any other absorbent material holder. The underwear garment includes the holder positioned to cover the crotch area of a wearer such that a sanitary pad accommodated in the holder absorbs menstrual flow of the wearer. The holder is sewn and integrated to the underwear and includes tapered longitudinal elastic edges for accommodating the pad. The holder can have cuffs functioning as walls for providing security and stability to the pad. The holder keeps the pad in place and prohibits leakage and stains. The underwear garment can be a brief-style undergarment or any other style undergarment as per preferences of the manufacturers and users. 摘要： An attachable absorbent fabric liner for underwear discretely protects the interior portion of the underwear from stains. The attachable absorbent fabric liner includes an absorbent fabric liner, a fabric adhesion layer, and a releasable liner. The absorbent fabric liner having lay-flat properties prevents waste fluids from meeting the fabric of the underwear. A fabric adhesion layer adheres the absorbent fabric liner onto the seat portion of the underwear. A releasable liner covers the fabric adhesion layer before the fabric adhesion layer is applied to the underwear. The fabric adhesion layer is coated onto a first face of the absorbent fabric liner. The first face is mounted coincident to the seat portion of the underwear causing the waste fluids to fall directly onto the center of the absorbent fabric liner. The releasable liner is attached across the fabric adhesion layer, opposite to the absorbent fabric liner. The releasable liner prevents the acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) from evaporating before the absorbent fabric liner is mounted onto the underwear.

摘要： This disclosure provides systems and methods for an adjustable reusable diaper. Some systems include a reusable diaper including a sealing apparatus configured keep fluid sealed within the diaper. The sealing apparatus may include one or more elastic members and one or more gussets where one elastic member is threaded through channels of the one or more gussets. Some systems include a reusable diaper and one or more soaker pads configured to be attachable to the reusable diaper. The soaker pads may be of varying sizes and shapes and can be selectively attached to the reusable diaper to effect different absorption volumes and patterns within the diaper. The soaker pads may be received in one or more pockets of the reusable diaper. Some systems include one or more openings to a pocket to allow a user to more efficiently attach and position one or more soaker pads in a reusable diaper.
