摘要: Systems and devices for cooling and dispensing a beverage fluid are disclosed herein. One beverage dispensing system includes a beverage tower comprising a tower body, a shank, and a faucet. In some implementations, a coolant line is routed proximal to a beverage supply line through the tower body, through the shank, and into the faucet. In these and other implementations, the faucet includes a removable nozzle having a supplemental portion of the coolant line. In these and still other implementations, the faucet include a removable nozzle having a second coolant line. The coolant line and the second coolant line are configured to transport a coolant medium proximal to a beverage fluid in the beverage supply line to maintain or adjust the temperature of the beverage fluid. Many other features are described herein.

摘要: A converter valve allows product dispenser operator to change from a first fluid source to a second fluid source without fluid crossover. The converter valve includes a first port in fluid communication with a dispense point, a second port in fluid communication with a first fluid source having a first fluid, and a third port is in fluid communication with a second fluid source having a second fluid. The converter valve includes a passage between the first and second ports, and a plug in fluid communication with third port. The second and third ports of the converter valve are disposed symmetrically about the first port, and, accordingly, the converter valve is rotatable about the first port. As such, the converter valve delivers the first fluid to the dispense point, and delivers the second fluid through the passage to the dispense point when the converter valve is rotated.

摘要: In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a self-actuating fluid dispenser change-over device for selectively dispensing a fluid from multiple fluid sources. The change-over device is provided with a housing having first and second cylinders. The change-over device is further provided with first and second pistons which are interconnected and movable between open and closed positions within respective ones of the first and second cylinders. The change-over device is further provided with a slide valve which is movable between first and second positions for alternately dispensing fluid from a respective one of the first and second cylinders. The change over device is further provided with a linkage which connects the pistons to the slide valve for moving the slide valve in response to movement of the pistons. The linkage has a biasing spring for urging the slide valve between a respective one of the first and second positions. The change-over device configured such that when first piston is in the open position, the second piston is in the closed position and when the second piston is in the open, position the first piston is in the closed position. The pistons move in response to a fluidic pressure differential between the first and second cylinders which is sufficiently large so as to cause flexure of the biasing spring thereby facilitating movement of the slide valve between the first and second positions.

The dispensing valve mounting assembly still further includes an inlet switch assembly disposed in the housing. The inlet switch assembly moves among a first position that interrupts communication between both the first mixing fluid inlet and the second mixing fluid inlet and the mixing fluid outlet, a second position that interrupts communication between the second mixing fluid inlet and the mixing fluid outlet and permits communication between the first mixing fluid inlet and the mixing fluid outlet, and a third position interrupts communication between the first mixing fluid inlet and the mixing fluid outlet and permits communication between the second mixing fluid inlet and the mixing fluid outlet.

摘要: A dispensing system comprising first and second collapsible storage containers, a pump and a pressure responsive selector coupled to both of the storage containers and to the intake side of the pump. The selector includes a valve movable between a first position in which the selector provides communication between the first storage container and the pump and blocks communication between the second storage container and the pump and a second position in which the selector provides communication between the second collapsible container and the pump and blocks communication between the first collapsible container and the pump. An actuator is responsive to the pressure drop at the selector resulting from the collapse of one of the collapsible containers for moving the valve from one of its positions to the other of its positions.

摘要: A rotary selector valve mechanism having a housing defining a generally cylindrical fluid chamber and including a fluid outlet port communicating with the chamber. A circumaxial series of inlet valves mounted on the housing each include an inlet port and a valve element movable between opened and closed positions and biased to closed position to prevent passage of fluid from the inlet port to the chamber. A rotary crank mechanism journalled for coaxial rotation relative to the fluid chamber is adapted for selective angular positioning relative to the valve elements to retain a selected one of the valve elements in its open position whereby a fluid flow path is provided from the inlet port associated with the one inlet valve to and through the chamber to the outlet port. Positioning of the crank mechanism is remotely controlled by a servo mechanism which includes a rotary selector switch.
