摘要: A tap group comprising a tap body provided with at least one dispensing exit, an operating lever or knob, a regulation member of the parameters of the flow of water to be dispensed (the parameters including the temperature and/or the flow of water and/or the direction of the flow), and a transmission including gears which operatively connect the operating lever or knob to said regulation member of the flow of water. Advantageously, the gears create a gear ratio between the operating lever or knob and a control rod of the regulation member of the parameters of the flow of water, so as to reduce the rotation of the control rod of the regulation member for the same rotation of the operating lever or knob. The tap group also includes a ring-nut provided with at least one indicator and/or a reference index of the parameters of the flow to be dispensed.

摘要: A liquid dispensing faucet includes first and second inlet flow passages that are isolated from each other, and first and second valve chambers respectively in fluid communication with the first and second inlet flow passages. First and second valve elements are located respectively in the first and second valve chambers and respectively control flow of liquid from the first and second inlet passages through the first and second valve chambers. First and second outlet passages are respectively in fluid communication with the first and second valve chambers for respectively receiving and dispensing liquid from the first and second valve chambers. A handle is operatively connected to both the first and second valve elements for selectively opening the first and second valve elements to allow flow of liquid through the first and second valve chambers when the handle is moved from a first position to a second position.

摘要: The present invention relates to a dispensing valve (1) adapted to allow dispensing of a product (2), preferably a food product, for example a beverage, from a container (3) which is preferably closed and has the ability to collapse when product is dispensed therefrom. The dispensing valve has an elastic membrane (7) with one or more valves (1a), which is/are closed when the membrane (7) assumes an initial position (A), and is/are open when the membrane assumes a stretched position (B) to allow dispensing of the product out of the container. When the membrane assumes its initial position (A), the valve (1a) or valves have contact with at least one support member (15), which prevents the valve (1a) or valves from opening, whereby air is prevented from passing through the valve (1a) or valves to product (2) present in said valve or valves.

摘要: A fluid supply system includes a fluid supply subsystem and a fluid bottle subsystem. Pressurized air or other suitable gas supplied to the fluid supply system causes a piston housed within the fluid supply subsystem to translate toward the fluid bottle subsystem, thereby sealing an interface between the fluid supply subsystem and the fluid bottle subsystem. The pressurized air or gas also causes a fluid (e.g., a coolant or rinse liquid) within the fluid bottle subsystem to flow through the piston and out of the fluid supply subsystem where it may be used. The fluid supply system enables the fluid bottle subsystem to be installed or uninstalled from the fluid supply subsystem without requiring bleeding off of the air or gas supplied to the fluid supply system and/or without requiring the fluid bottle subsystem to be rotated or twisted into place relative to the fluid supply subsystem.

摘要: Devices and methods are disclosed for extracting fluids from within a container sealed by a cork or septum without removal of the cork or septum or the contamination of the fluid within the container by reactive gases or liquids. Embodiments of the device can include a needle connected to a valve which is in turn connected to a source of pressurized gas for displacing the fluid. Further embodiments of the device can comprise additional components that act to force the needle to be inserted through the cork or septum along a linear path, to aid in preventing buckling of the needle, to clamp the device to the container, to prevent expulsion of the cork or septum from the container, and to guide the needle through a specified region of the cork or septum. This device is particularly suited for the dispensing and preservation of wine.

摘要: The beverage dispensing system includes a dispensing faucet defining a flow path, a valve head in the flow path movable between a closed position in sealed contact with a valve seat, and an open position. An actuator is manually movable to operate the faucet, and a biasing element is cooperable with the actuator and valve head such that an initial movement of the actuator will automatically cause sufficient energy to be stored or loaded in the biasing element for moving the valve head to the open position but without doing so. Occurrence of a subsequent predetermined event such as a further movement of the actuator will cause the stored energy to be automatically released to rapidly or nearly instantaneously move the valve head to the open position. As a result, no instruction or skill is required to operate the faucet to uniformly dispense pressurized beverages such as draught beer.
