摘要: The present invention discloses an electromagnetic wave generating system, including an electromagnetic generating module, a radiating assembly and a matching unit connected in series between the electromagnetic generating module and the radiating assembly. The electromagnetic generating module is configured to generate an electromagnetic wave signal. The radiating assembly includes one or more radiating units and is configured to be electrically connected with the electromagnetic generating module to generate electromagnetic waves of a corresponding frequency according to the electromagnetic wave signal. The matching unit includes a first matching module, a second matching module and a fixed value inductor. The input end of the first matching module is configured to be electrically connected with the electromagnetic generating module. The fixed value inductor is connected in series between the output end of the first matching module and the radiating assembly. The input end of the second matching module is connected in series between the output end of the first matching module and the inductor, and the output end of the second matching module is configured to be grounded. The first matching module and the second matching module respectively include a plurality of parallel branches to realize a load combination that is several times the sum of the number of the parallel branches of the two matching modules.

摘要: An RF generation system is provided for an electromagnetic cooking device having a cavity. The system includes: a signal generator for generating an input RF signal; an RF feed configured to introduce electromagnetic radiation into the cavity and to receive reflected electromagnetic radiation from the cavity; and a high-power amplifier coupled between the signal generator and the RF feed. The high-power amplifier including an amplifying stage configured to output a signal that is amplified in power, and a circulator for directing the amplified output signal to the RF feed and for redirecting any reflected radiation received from the RF feed to a dummy load. The system further includes a hardware protection component for detecting backward power in the reflected radiation and for reducing power supplied to the amplifying stage if the backward power exceeds a power threshold within a time scale that prevents damage to the circulator.

摘要: An electromagnetic cooking device and method of controlling the same is provided herein. The cooking device includes a cavity in which a liquid is placed and a plurality of RF feeds configured to introduce electromagnetic radiation into the cavity for heating the liquid. A controller is provided and is configured to analyze forward and backward power at the plurality of RF feeds to calculate efficiency; determine and monitor a coefficient of variation of the efficiency; detect a heating state in the liquid based on changes in the coefficient of variation; and adjust a power level of the electromagnetic radiation in response to detection of the heating state.

The plurality of feeding parts includes the first feeding part and the second feeding part arranged in the transmission line at an interval of ¼ or less of the wavelength of the microwave, and transmits the microwave to the transmission line. According to this aspect, a radiation part that radiates the microwave can be selectively switched. This enables the intended heating distribution to be achieved.

摘要: In a solid-state heating system, once a load with specific load characteristics has been placed in a heating cavity, a processing unit produces control signals that indicate an excitation signal frequency and one or more phase shifts, which constitute a combination of parameter values. Multiple microwave generation modules produce RF excitation signals characterized by the frequency and the phase shift(s). Multiple microwave energy radiators radiate, into the heating cavity, electromagnetic energy corresponding to RF excitation signals received from the microwave generation modules. Power detection circuitry takes reflected RF power measurements, and the processing unit determines a reflected power indication based on the measurements. The process is repeated for different combinations of the parameter values, and an acceptable combination of parameter values is determined and stored in a memory of the heating system. Acceptable combinations of parameter values similarly may be determined and stored for other loads with different load characteristics.

摘要: Provided is a microwave rice cooker, comprising a cavity structure, a door assembly and an inner pot (20). The cavity structure comprises a microwave transmitting mechanism, a cavity (2) provided with a cylindrical cooking chamber therein, and a top cap (1) and a bottom cap (5) located at two ends of the cooking chamber respectively. The bottom cap (5) closes the cooking chamber at the bottom. A top opening of the cooking chamber is formed on the top cap (1). The inner pot (20) can be put into or taken out of the cooking chamber through the top opening. The door assembly is mounted on the top cap (1) in an openable and closable manner so as to open or close the cooking chamber from the top. The microwave transmitting mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the bottom cap (5) to feed microwaves into the cooking chamber from the bottom. The microwave rice cooker achieves a two-in-one function of a microwave oven and a rice cooker.
