摘要： A fabric folding device that is capable of performing multiple types of folding modes and prevents an occurrence of a waste space when the device is installed is provided. The fabric folding device does not require a pair of right and left French-folding gauges. There is provided a fabric folding device including a first folding unit capable of folding a fabric, which has a longitudinal direction aligned with a transportation direction and a width direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, at a position half or one-third a length of the fabric in the longitudinal direction; and rotation means for being capable of rotating the fabric such that the transportation direction is changed from the longitudinal direction to the width direction, by which the fabric folded by the first folding unit is to be transported from a front side to a rear side, and to be folded once more.

摘要： An apparatus and a method controls a heating device in a laundry ironer. The apparatus includes a frame and an ironer cylinder. The ironer cylinder rotatably connects to the frame and has an interior surface and an exterior surface. The interior and exterior surfaces extend substantially from a first end to a second end of the ironer cylinder. A line of sight temperature sensor connects to the frame near the first end wherein a line of sight of the sensor is directed at a portion of the interior surface of the cylinder. As the ironer cylinder rotates and is heated by a heating element, the temperature of a portion of the interior surface is sensed. Based on the temperature and a threshold, the state of the heating element is changed.

摘要： An apparatus for ironing laundry comprising at least one semi-circular open dished bed (1), provided with a double wall with feed (5) and outlet (6) opening for passage of a heating medium, such as steam, and a roll (2) rotatably driven in each dished bed (1), wherein the outlet opening (6) of a dished bed (1) is placed in direct connection to the feed opening (5) of the following dished bed (1). 摘要： On leaving a dry pressing or ironing machine, each piece of linen or washing is folded on a folding arm performing a reciprocating movement. The folding arm then bears on an entrance end of a conveyor (28), which is then driven (F2), so as to move the folded piece of linen towards a recovery tank. A freewheel mechanism (52) is simultaneously brought into a disengaged state, which has the effect of lowering a pressing roller (40) and rotating the latter by means of a belt (62). Driving the conveyor (28) in the reverse direction (F3) then brings the pressing roller (40) into the raised position, by means of the freewheel (52), a crank (54) and a rod (56).
