    摘要: Rail Clip Assembly A rail clip assembly is disclosed herein. The rail clip assembly, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter, comprises a base body attachable to a support surface, wherein the base body defines a cavity at an underside thereof. The base body comprises a first wall that is adjacent the rail when the base body is secured on the support surface. A depression or a recess is configured on the first wall, and a substantially horizontal slot is configured on the base body extending toward the first wall. The assembly further comprises a top body assemblable on the base body. The top body comprises a rail abutting portion that defines a substantially L-shaped surface to abut the rail, and a slot configured on the top body. The assembly further comprises a screw for assembling together the base body and the top body, wherein the screw may be any standard WO 2020/046771 A1 screw with a polygonal head such that a corner of the screw head is fitted inside the depression or the recess in an assembled configuration thereof.

    摘要: A method for fastening a rail of an elevator system to a bearing element fixed in an elevator shaft utilizes a clamp set having a clamp and a spacer. The clamp is arranged on a side part of a rail foot arranged on the bearing element whereby the clamp connects to the bearing element in a fastening zone of the clamp and a contact zone of the clamp is situated on a bearing side on an upper face of the side part. The spacer defines a mounting distance between the contact zone and the bearing side such that the clamp is partly elastically and plastically deformed in the fastening zone when connected. The spacer is then at least partially removed so that a distance between the contact zone and the bearing side is reduced.

    摘要: A rail fastening device comprises a clip (10) having a base (11) and a nose (12) for engaging a rail flange (F). The base (11) comprises circular aperture (14) in which a circular cam (13) is rotatably mounted, the cam (13) being provided with an eccentric aperture (24) for receiving a ground anchor (25), the cam aperture (24) being radially offset from the rotational centre of the cam (13) to define a cam lobe (15). The cam (13) may comprise a ramped circumferential shoulder (18) to engage a complementary shoulder (21) inside the base aperture (14) such that any rotation of the cam (13) under the applied load of the rail causes the cam (13) to move axially of the base aperture (14) thereby tightening the engagement of the anchor (25) on the cam (13) and preventing movement of the clip (10). The degree of rotation of the cam (13) may be limited so that it can only turn in the tightening direction under load.

    摘要: A rail clip assembly for securing for example a crane rail to a girder, comprises a first part to be securely attached, e.g. by welding or bolting, to the planar surface of the girder adjacent the rail, and a second part to be fixed to the first part independently of attachment of the first part to the girder. The second part has a lateral surface for abutment with a lateral face of the rail and the parts have laterally directed cooperating surfaces by which forces applied by the rail to the clip assembly are transmitted via the second part to the first part of the clip assembly. The cooperating surfaces are inclined to the direction of extent of the rail and the second part has an elongate aperture for receiving the fixing means which is elongate in the same direction to permit relative adjustment movement between the parts while maintaining the cooperating surfaces in contact. At least the first part is wedge shaped and increasing in thickness in the direction of approach of the cooperating surfaces to the rail so that lateral forces applied by the rail to the clip assembly produce and are resisted by an increase in the tension in the fixing means.
