A cover is provided for covering a housing opening of the housing opposite to the bottom wall, having a diaphragm holder extending in the direction of the bottom wall. A diaphragm is provided for covering the valve through-opening, wherein the diaphragm is connected to the diaphragm holder and disposes the diaphragm holder sealingly on the annular sealing wall such that the valve through-opening is closed.

The fluid control device includes a valve body in which the flow path is formed, a diaphragm isolating a closed space from the flow path, a bonnet forming the closed space between the diaphragm and providing a penetration hole connected to the closed space and penetrated to be able to vertically move a diaphragm retainer, the diaphragm retainer vertically moving in the penetration hole to press the diaphragm and providing an increased diameter portion not to be removed from the penetration hole, a pressure sensor detecting a pressure inside of the closed space, and an elastic body interposing between the increased diameter portion of the diaphragm retainer and the bonnet inside of the closed space and elastically expanding and deflating between the increased diameter portion of the diaphragm retainer and the bonnet as the diaphragm retainer vertically moves.

The insert defines an interior surface and an opening aligned with the first passage of the valve body. The insert may also define a sealing surface extending around the opening and standing in relief against the interior surface to sealingly engage the plug. In addition to, or instead of, the sealing surface, the insert may define a projection at least partially defining the interior surface. In addition, a boot may be connected to the valve body and interlocked with the projection to prevent, or at least reduce, rotation of the insert relative to the valve body when the plug rotates within the internal cavity.

    摘要: A bellows seal valve includes a pressurization port that can be used to apply a compensating pressure to the “atmosphere” side of the bellows, i.e. the side of the bellows that is opposite to the process fluid. The atmosphere side can be on the interior or exterior of the bellows. The compensating pressure can be greater than the process fluid pressure, to ensure that any leakage will be of pressurizing fluid into the process fluid or into the environment, and that no process fluid will escape into the environment. The pressure or flow rate of the pressurizing fluid can be monitored to detect bellows and packing leaks. A pressurizing fluid exit port can be provided, so that the pressurizing fluid can be circulated through the valve, thereby moderating the bellows temperature under conditions of extreme process fluid temperature.

The first housing defines an inlet, an outlet, and an exhaust gas passageway in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet. The second housing is attached to the first housing and defines a compartment. The valve flap is rotatable between a first position restricting exhaust gas flow through the exhaust gas passageway, and a second position whereat exhaust gas flow through the exhaust gas passageway is allowed.
