摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a pumping system that includes a self-priming pump, a remotely coupled controller configured to operate the self-priming pump and other portions of the system, a discharge flow meter, and a bleed valve coupled to the self-priming pump. The system can be remotely accessed, programmed, and transmit data to a remote device. The bleed valve can comprise a loss of prime sensor in the body, and when the loss of prime is detected in the pump and/or the discharge flow meter detects a loss of flow, the pump and/or controller may be used to help re-establish prime in the pump by opening the relief outlet and operating the pump at an increased rate.

摘要: A fracturing apparatus and a vibration reduction method thereof. The fracturing apparatus includes at least one fracturing unit and a processing device, the fracturing unit includes: a plunger pump; a low-pressure liquid inlet manifold; a high-pressure discharge manifold; a pressure detection device, configured to detect a pressure value of the low-pressure fluid in the low-pressure liquid inlet manifold; and a vibration detection device, configured to detect vibration intensity of the plunger pump, the processing device is respectively communicated with the plunger pump, the pressure detection device and the vibration detection device, and is configured to control the plunger pump according to the vibration intensity detected by the vibration detection device and the pressure value detected by the pressure detection device. The fracturing apparatus can improve the displacement stability and serve life of the plunger pump.

摘要: A hydraulic fracturing system for fracturing a subterranean formation is described according to various embodiments. In an embodiment, the system can include a multi-plunger hydraulic fracturing pump fluidly connected to a well associated with the subterranean formation, the multi-plunger pump configured to pump fluid into a wellbore associated with the well at a high pressure so that the fluid passes from the wellbore into the subterranean formation and fractures the subterranean formation. In an embodiment, a plurality of motors can be positioned to power the multi-plunger pump, and a planetary gear train can have a plurality of pinion gears in rotational contact with each of the plurality of motors. In an embodiment, a gear ratio of the planetary gear train and a speed at which the plurality of motors operates can be selected so as to limit a maximum pump speed associated with the multi-plunger pump.

摘要: A manifold assembly configured for use with a fluid end used in oil and gas operations. The manifold assembly comprises upper and lower manifolds supported on side posts such that the manifolds and posts define a central opening. In operation, the fluid end is positioned within the central opening such that the manifold assembly surrounds the fluid end. The manifold assembly is not attached to the fluid end other than flexible conduits interconnecting the fluid and the manifolds. The manifold assembly is modular and when assembled, may be moved together as a single unit.

摘要: The anti-cavitation device comprises a housing and valve assembly. A fluid end comprises one or more intake chambers, one or more exhaust chambers, a compression chamber, a plunger chamber, and one or more intake manifolds. The intake manifolds are fluidly connected to the intake chambers such that the intake manifolds are adapted to deliver the hydraulic fracturing fluid to the intake chambers. The intake chambers comprise intake valve assemblies adapted to regulate flow from the intake chambers to the compression chamber. One of the intake chambers comprises an anti-cavitation chamber positioned across from and co-planar with the plunger chamber. The anti-cavitation device is positioned within the anti-cavitation chamber. A method of reducing cavitation is provided, the method comprises the step of inserting the anti-cavitation device into the access opening of the fluid end. The anti-cavitation device may be used in existing, previously used, or new fluid ends.

摘要: A handheld sprayer (10′) includes a fluid module (12′) mounted to a drive module (14′) at a static connection (16′) and a dynamic connection (18′). The static connection (16′) supportably attached the fluid module (12′) to the drive module (14′). The dynamic connection (18′) connects a drive (84) of the drive module (14′) to a pump (24′) of the fluid module (12′) such that the drive (84) can power the pump (24′) by the dynamic connection (18′). The fluid contacting components of the handheld sprayer (10′) are in the fluid module (12′). The fluid module (12′) can be mounted to and dismounted from the drive module (14′) by a sliding motion.
