A first server system 2-1 and a second server system 2-2 are respectively installed on a first network 3-1 and a second network 3-2 provided by common carriers different from each other. The first and second server systems are connected to each other by a dedicated line 6. Even when a failure occurs in the first network, communication through the second network can be maintained, and even when a failure occurs in the second network, communication through the first network can be maintained. Further, when a failure occurs in the dedicated line, operations can be performed within each of the first and second networks in a degeneracy mode.

摘要: A relay device for call processing according to an embodiment may include: a database; a protocol relay unit; a call processing unit for checking whether a sender and recipient of a call are subscribers stored in the database, on the basis of an income SIP signal through the protocol relay unit, and providing the income SIP signal to an external call routing server when the sender of the call is the subscriber and the recipient of the call is not the subscriber; and a packet processing unit for rearranging incoming call packets of the call according to the sequence of the call packets and adjusting transmission speed of the rearranged call packets according to the situation in which the call packets are incoming.

摘要: A gateway device includes a call handling equipment (CHE) listener interface, an Internet Protocol (IP) interface, a provisioning engine, and a message parsing engine. The CPE listener interface forms a communication channel with a CHE and receives call event data from the CHE. The IP interface communicates with a cloud-based processing system. The provisioning engine receives, from the cloud-based processing system via the IP interface, instructions for parsing data from a data output format of the CHE into a consistent data format of the cloud-based processing system. The message parsing engine parses the call event data received from the CHE via the CHE listener interface, and formats the call event data according to the consistent data format. The gateway device transmits the formatted call event data to the cloud-based processing system via the IP interface.

In various embodiments, a computing system may receive, from a first router among a plurality of routers in a first network operated by a first service provider, first SIP data, the first SIP data indicating a request to initiate a SIP-based media communication session between a calling party at an originating address in an originating network and a called party at a terminating address in a terminating network. The computing system may determine a communication route among a plurality of routes through the plurality of routers in the first network for establishing the SIP-based media communication session, based at least in part on the originating address, and may establish the SIP-based media communication session between the calling party and the called party via the determined communication route.
