A takeover component receives security data of the security system from the first controller. The security data is used to configure a second controller to communicate with the security system. The second controller communicates with the security system components and replaces the first controller in management of the security system.

摘要: Techniques for migrating a plurality of communications services in a data communication network are disclosed. Aspects include accessing a migration map for the plurality of communications services in the data communication network; identifying a communications dependency between a first service and a second service in the plurality of communications services, wherein according to the migration map the first service is configured to migrate from a first route to a second route, the second service is configured to migrate from a third route to a fourth route, and the third route overlaps with the second route; determining, based on the identified communications dependency, a migration sequence for migrating the plurality of communications services in the data communication network; and migrating the plurality of communications services from a first plurality of configurations to a second plurality of configurations according to the migration sequence.

摘要: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for beam failure recovery in a communication system. The method for beam failure recovery includes the steps of: searching for a plurality of candidate beams when a beam failure is detected; transmitting a beam failure recovery request signal to a base station by using beam #1 of the plurality of candidate beams; receiving a beam failure recovery response signal in response to the beam failure recovery request signal via beam #1 from the base station; and transmitting an SR requesting a resource for transmission of multi-beam setting information to the base station, wherein the multi-beam setting information includes indexes of one or more beams excluding beam #1 of the plurality of candidate beams. Therefore, performance of the communication system can be improved.

摘要: A method of processing state information relating to user equipment in a communications system comprising a radio access network, the method comprising: maintaining current state information relating to the user equipment; and on the basis of a change of connection of the user equipment from a first cell to a second cell: transmitting a current value associated with a given state information part to the target radio access node in response to detecting at least one of one or more predetermined triggers that indicate that the target radio access node may not have received the current value from the source radio access node; or relying on the target radio access node having received the current value from the source radio access node if said at least one of said one or more predetermined triggers is not detected.

摘要: In various embodiments, the techniques and supporting systems implement a recursive routing mechanism in hierarchical topological addressed environments to analyze and determine the presence of packet-forwarding errors within an IP network comprising a plurality of network-connected devices. This includes receiving, at a software defined network device, an indication of a potential packet-forwarding error between a first and second device of the plurality of network-connected devices and injecting, by the software defined network device, a test packet at an ingress to the first device. The test packet includes an initial ingress interface location identifying the first device, an alternate ingress interface location identifying the software defined network device and an egress interface location identifying the second device. A determination may then be made as to whether the test packet is received at the second device, thus indicating the existence or lack of routing errors.

The system includes circuitry to adjust routing rules in a network interface controller to deliver a packet from one of multiple uplinks to one of any physical functions, circuitry to remap, in response to a failure of a switch, a port from one physical function to another physical function, and circuitry to communicate control data between a software defined network controller and one or more agents in one or more host endpoints with a hierarchical distributed hashing table.

摘要: Techniques are described herein for executing queries on distinct portions of a database object that has been separate into chunks and distributed across the volatile memories of a plurality of nodes in a clustered database system. The techniques involve redistributing the in-memory database object portions on changes to the clustered database system. Each node may maintain a mapping indicating which nodes in the clustered database system store which chunks, and timestamps indicating when each mapping entry was created or updated. A query coordinator may use the timestamps to select a database server instance with local in memory access to data required by a portion of a query to process that portion of the query.

摘要: A secondary routing device is configured as a backup routing device for a primary routing device. The primary routing device performs asynchronous socket replication with the secondary routing device. The secondary routing device includes a transmission buffer, in memory, for storing replicated socket data transmitted between the primary routing device and the standby routing device and one or more processors implemented in circuitry and configured to execute a replication driver to: determine a threshold value; determine that an amount of data equaling or exceeding the threshold value has been read from the transmission buffer; in response to determining that the amount of data equaling or exceeding the threshold value has been read from the transmission buffer, schedule a window update for the transmission buffer at a scheduled time; and send the window update at the scheduled time.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to computer-implemented methods, software, and systems for detecting outages in a multiple availability zone cloud environment. Structured data defining network connectivity statuses of network segments is received. Multiple availability zones of the first cloud platform are defined in a multiple availability zone cloud architecture. External structure data defining inbound connectivity statuses of the network segments correspondingly defined for the availability zones of the first cloud platform is iteratively collecting. The inbound connectivity statuses define availability for an entity running at an external cloud platform to the first cloud platform to connect to at least one entity running at the first cloud platform. In response to evaluating the internal and external structured data, determining a health status of the first cloud platform to be provided to platform services provided by the first cloud platform and/or applications running on the first cloud platform to support managing of lifecycle of entities running on the first cloud platform.
