    摘要: Provided is a wheel loader capable of automatically decreasing vehicle speed without making an operator feel discomfort during a loading operation. A wheel loader 1 mounted with a torque converter type traveling drive system comprises a controller 5 configured to control shifting of a transmission 32. When a vehicle body travels forward at vehicle speed corresponding to a second speed stage set greater by one speed stage than the lowest speed stage of the transmission 32 while operating the lift arm 21 upwardly, the controller 5 sets, as a gear ratio of the transmission 32, an intermediate gear ratio between a gear ratio corresponding to the second speed stage and a gear ratio corresponding to a first speed stage, and outputs a signal for selecting a combination of a plurality of gears corresponding to the set gear ratio to each first to fifth solenoid control valves 32A to 32E.

    摘要: To provide a technique where a case of shutting off a battery shutoff switch while a key switch is on is detected, and a warning according to a risk can be issued at time of restart.
    A construction machine includes: the key switch, an engine start switch, an engine stop switch, a notification device, a controller, and the battery shutoff switch. The controller chronologically stores operation histories of the key switch, engine start switch, and engine stop switch in a history storage section in a non-volatile manner. The controller determines, on the basis of the stored operation history, a risk content in a case of shutting off the battery shutoff switch while the key switch is on. In a case where, the controller is restarted by resuming the battery shutoff switch and turning on the key switch, the controller controls the notification device so that the notification device issues a warning according to the risk content, on the basis of a result of the determination.

    摘要: To increase frequency of use of auto idle, an engine is accelerated even more quickly than before and work involving a heavy load can be performed within a short period of time when an operator resumes work and recovers a speed of the engine. When an operation lever device is operated and the speed is low because of auto idle control, a pilot pump is unloaded to thereby reduce load torque on the engine. Operation of a compressor is also suspended while an air conditioner is operating. Furthermore, for a target speed of the engine, a speed at which work can be performed is set and the engine is accelerated. When the engine thereafter reaches a predetermined speed or a predetermined period of time thereafter elapses, the pilot pump is loaded and the operation of the compressor for the air conditioner is resumed.

    摘要: An autonomous traveling vehicle, equipped with autonomous traveling function on a standard machine, has a high-pressure selector valve placed on a flow path in which pressure-oil is supplied from a standard brake valve (SBV) installed in the standard machine to a hydraulic brake. A flow path is installed to connect the high-pressure selector valve and an autonomous brake control valve (ABCV) that is supplied with pressure-oil delivered by a hydraulic pump. Further, an autonomous traveling controller is installed to perform control for autonomous travel, and an autonomous brake controller is installed to perform open or close control on the ABCV in response to a braking instruction from the autonomous traveling controller. When the brake pedal is stepped on, the pressure-oil flows from the SBV to the hydraulic brake, and when the autonomous traveling controller outputs a stop instruction, the pressure-oil flows from the ABCV to the hydraulic brake.
