摘要: A working machine includes: a machine body; a prime mover that is mounted on the machine body; a fuel cylinder that contains a fuel; a vaporizer that vaporizes the fuel sent from the fuel cylinder and supplies the fuel to the prime mover; a temperature detector that detects a temperature correlating with a decrease in the temperature of the vaporizer; and a controller that imposes restraint on the flow rate of the fuel flowing from the vaporizer to the prime mover when the temperature detected by the temperature detector is lower than or equal to a first temperature.

The controller (40) has an engine control section (63) that performs automatic idling control when a predetermined period of time (T1) has elapsed after a point in time when all of operation levers (1, 23) have attained a neutral state. The engine control section (63) is configured to execute the automatic idling control during when the switch (17) is in the OFF position and not to execute the automatic idling control during when the switch (17) is in the ON position.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for controlling a turbocharger system (10) fluidly connected to an exhaust manifold (102) of a combustion engine (100). The turbocharger system (10) comprises a turbocharger turbine (22) operable by exhaust gases from said exhaust manifold, and a tank (40) with pressurized gas, said tank being fluidly connectable to said turbocharger turbine. The method comprises the steps of: determining an engine operational mode in which the combustion engine runs below a predetermined speed, determining an external load requiring engine torque which at said engine operational mode would cause the combustion engine to stall, and subsequently injecting pressurized gas from said tank to drive said turbocharger turbine such that the turbocharger turbine is at least partly driven by said pressurized gas, thereby preventing stalling of the combustion engine.

摘要: A process for determining a setpoint rotational speed of a work machine engine, having a continuously variable transmission, based on operation of power hydraulics. The setpoint rotational speed for highly productive operation is determined, without knowledge current operation of the power hydraulics, by a basic engine speed setting. With knowledge of the current operating state, the setpoint rotational speed is determined by the basic speed settings and low or high engine speed settings. The low speed setting alone determines setpoint rotational speeds that are lower than the basic speed setting or a combination of the low and basic speed settings. The high speed setting alone determines setpoint rotational speeds that are higher than the basic speed setting or a combination of the basic and high speed settings. The speed settings can comprise a setpoint rotational speed range of above a reciprocal transmission range of the variable transmission.

摘要: To increase frequency of use of auto idle, an engine is accelerated even more quickly than before and work involving a heavy load can be performed within a short period of time when an operator resumes work and recovers a speed of the engine. When an operation lever device is operated and the speed is low because of auto idle control, a pilot pump is unloaded to thereby reduce load torque on the engine. Operation of a compressor is also suspended while an air conditioner is operating. Furthermore, for a target speed of the engine, a speed at which work can be performed is set and the engine is accelerated. When the engine thereafter reaches a predetermined speed or a predetermined period of time thereafter elapses, the pilot pump is loaded and the operation of the compressor for the air conditioner is resumed.

摘要: Introduction of a low fuel consumption technique such as downsizing turbos and idling stop decreases an intake pipe negative pressure (pump loss) of an internal combustion engine, and results in difficulty in emitting (evaporative fuel purge) a volatile fuel (volatile fuel) in a fuel tank by the negative pressure of the intake pipe of the internal combustion engine. A control device includes: a purge control unit which controls a purge valve which emits a volatile fuel of a fuel tank or a canister to an intake pipe of an internal combustion engine; and a power transmission control unit which controls a power transmission mechanism between the internal combustion engine and a drive wheel, and, in a state where the power transmission control unit disconnects a clutch, and the vehicle is coasting, the purge control unit opens the evaporative fuel valve and purges an evaporative fuel to the intake pipe.
